The only official things I heard were from the botcon reports last year, and the only updates to those will be at botcon this year. Did Kyde say any of this at allspark? I know he worked, or works for hasbro. I think we all know this was a mass market line through and through and though it was filler, many of us loved it. Nonetheless, none of us can be blamed for being dissapointed. The remaining 3 seekers would not have costed much to release in retail and to cover the cost of the new wing tooling, as much as they did for the botcon set. Remember, all Thundercracker would have been was a blue repaint. Sure the retailers might not have bitten but still there are ways to have put the figures in stores somehow. I was shocked yesterday and thought that perhaps it was an april fools joke, till I realized that all the orders were being faxed in and that it couldn't be a mere joke. So with that said, I am very dissapointed. Sunstorm would have been a good exclusive, nice to have, but not something people would beg for in the main line. But the remaining 3 seekers? Nah. What they could have done was made another battle pack of cybertron downshift as wheeljack vs thundercracker. Then have Dirge, and Thrust in a wave with a grey astrotrain. It costs money to tool new wings, and you can bet hasbro would have gotten more money from domestic and international mass market release with those things rather than a under 1000 count at botcon by collectors. Not to mention kept most of us happy. I don't know what made people angrier, the SDCC nemesis prime alternator, or completely making the last 3 seekers(along with 2 other repaints most of us might not really want nor remember) into botcon exclusives that will cost $329 to those not attending(which is most of us). Knowing that those seekers could have been $10 each at retail infuriates most of us and it can't be helped nor blamed. I can only hope we get these as retailer exclusives later on but is that likely? As of recent events, I doubt it.

I can't believe you guys completely overlooked the good part of this. Well okay, so Gundam is extremely popular and the emo angst driven crappy gundam SEED series is doing really well. The youngin's love it. And bandai pumps out version after version of not only the emo gundams, but the Rx-78-2 as well as obscure mecha that wouldn't have a chance in hell being made if it weren't gundam. Now the sales driven by the younger crowd might be high enough for bandai to milk gundam product for them, and for us older crowd people. Now don't you think Big West is doing the same? its obvious now. Have they ever done it? Not as much, but looks like they are trying to emulate the same formula. What is the by product of this? AN ONSLAUGHT OF MACROSS GOODIES! If it does well then I think we will finally see way more Macross product than we are used to. Money speaks correct? So sooner or later more macross series, light hearted stuff for the new kids, hardcore mecha action and deep stories for the older crowd, either way macross all around. To target the younger crowd=sales=more money for stuff for us=more macross=more toys. I think its a smart decision if this is indeed what they are doing. It makes sense too. Look at gundam. A ton of us are diehard UC fans and hate the AU SEED and Wing stuff. Maybe Macross will become the same. It has a long way to catch up but I see a similar premise occurring.

All the AC games are loosely connected. 6 follows the storyline set in 4, although the only thing it really shares it the beginning with the meteor impact, and while 4 is directly after the impact, 6 is several years after 4, in 2015. 5 was somewhere in between, and of course 0 was in 95 which was before all of this. Nonetheless the maps are for the most part the same, each game just takes place in a different region and time. 3 was the futuristic one but the US version sucked because all the anime cut sequences and almost the entire story was cut. The japanese version could be played in different character point of views but in the US version you play as a character that you don't really get to know much about. My favorite super plane was the XFA-27, and then the X-02. Its funny, in the storyline, the X-02 is written as an F-14 Tomcat replacement since the super hornet is not up to par! Your name in 6 is Talisman, which sounds cool to me.

issue #2 of the prequel comic came out this week. Michael Bay also said a couple days ago that he had the only draft of the movie script for the last 2 months before shooting(seen on post from tfw2005) so he is also saying that the leaked scripts are all false. I don't mind the movie toys, they seem cooler than their onscreen counterparts, and also the the movie leader optimus is one of the most detailed mainline Prime's ever. The fact that he looks like laser rod prime on steroids is a plus(laser rod prime was my favorite growing up). No matter how the movie does I think the toys will be fun. Compare armada and energon prime to movie prime. To me movie prime looks a ton better.

I was at AMA last year and my friends watched her live concert as well as stayed for her q/a. She said she hated being typecasted as Minmei and tryed distancing herself from her since her fans always compared her to Minmei, saying her solo stuff sounded different and not like the Minmei they knew her as. I think she has a successful solo career but I am not sure, maybe some of you know her stuff better than I do.

Nov 16 2007 Boys not to mention I did see screenshots of the cockpit displays. I don't know if they function like the ones in OVerG do(speaking of which i still need to pick that up, it seems like a step up from aerodancing/aero elite academy) but they do look unique and unlike the ps2 versions, you actually see your entire MFD's. Now lets hope they function uniquely per plane and hope that each of them have unique HUDs as well. I was excited about seeing the strike eagle with bombracks and also its own AMRAAM launchers. Graphics look amazing.

Heh you guys want to know what else is rare? The Area 88 Original OVA OST(ActsI/II CD and ActIII CD) and the Area 88 Ova Image album. I want to give this a look however it does seem interesting an I do like gainax

AGREED!!!! HOnestly I enjoyed this line a lot more than I did with Alternators. It seems too short and sweet.
