For the record, I am not done watching these series yet but I like Victory and Masterforce a lot. I did not watch much of Armada, Energon and Cybertron. Armada became dissapointing and I stopped watching, I forget which episode. Energon was better, but I didn't make an attempt to keep up after the 1st episodes. Cybertron was alright, I used to watch it before class in college, but I did not keep up. A lot of fans think Animated could be the next Beast Wars, which are huges shoes to fill. I think it has much promise, however it will take a lot to beat Beast Wars. I don't want to predict anything too early, but we'll see how Animated turns out. Already it seems better than the armadaverse. I like the modernized g1 theme song. -
I think its when Isamu's CO is either talking to him or the blonde girl after one of the YF-19 flights. You'll see planes in rows in the background, with the familiar angled stabilizers that identify the VF-17. Another question for Yamato. Is the M3 license up for grabs?(That would open up the VF-3000, VF-4, VF-14, variable Glaug, VF-9, and VF-11 in Max and Milia type colors).

With the VFX-2 and Macross Plus licenses, is the VF-17 being looked into at 1/60 scale? Its in the backgrounds of New Edwards base in the Macross Plus OVA's, and seems to be popular.

Actually I think its more of resentment towards fans always thinking Takara is our best friend and does everything in their power to do so compared to Hasbro, which isn't really true. There is resentment towards Takara's handling of the franchise, not so much the design aspect of the toys, nor their catering towards collectors(because they don't have many kids to cater to due to the dwindling birth rate). Takara made sure that the last 3 series were year long rather than seasonal. Hasbro did not want Cybertron to last more than 26 episodes, but due to Takara, they had to compromise. Since Armada, the goals of Hasbro always had to be compromised with Takara's. That is why a lot of people are glad that Animated will be written here to satisfy the target market here. The last TF story written for TV here was Beast Machines, and as bad as it was, many view it as a better written show than the Armada trilogy. Had Armada gone the way Takara wanted, it would have been a continuation of G1's "Rebirth" miniseries. In essence, its basically resentment towards Takara's handling of the franchise. Beast Wars is regarded as the last best TF tv series. No one really complains much about Takara's designs and aesthetics, its the companies they choose to write their stories, and there is a pattern of unsuccessfulness in that regard. -

Considering that UDON is completely redoing all the sprites for Capcom's Super Street Fighter II Turbo remake, and has been very hush hush recently on capcom projects, I would not be surprised if SFIV is 2D with sprites by Udon. -
1-Is there a possibility for a new perfect variable/transformation 1/60 VF-1 under $100? Also, can you suggest to Yamato that if this VF-1 were to be made, we would not need moving flaps, nor removable nosecone with detailed randome. Diecast only in necesary areas for structural durability. 2-Will universal movement ratchets be used instead of balljoints in the future? Some of the ball joints(1/48 VF-1 shoulders) loosen over time. 3-Is a 1/48 VF-1A Max Type TV version being considered? Being that Kakizaki, a much less popular character, had a DYRL 1/48 toy made, why not Max from the TV series? Kakizaki's valkyrie in DYRL barely had any screen time compared to Max's VF-1A in the TV series. Significant and memorable appearancees featuring his VF-1A prominently:first fight with Milia, combat debut saving Kakizaki, saving Kakizaki, Hikaru and Misa, etc. Add to the fact, that Max is a popular character. 4-Are the 1/60 VF-0 shoulders and bicep parts being redesigned for durability in future versions? 5-Of all the 1/48 VF-1 releases, which sold the best? 6-Will 1/48 FAST pack parts be available in the near future?

Transforming aircraft carrier? Like Broadside? I don't think thats a good idea either. ILM has 2 years to cook stuff up, and I have faith in their work. Lets just hope the liveaction parts are done well. And I hope there is less jump cuts in this one, but someone told me thats a staple of Michael Bay's work. Follow the 180 rule man, 180 rule.

Start checking walmarts, thats where I found my wave 3. Come to think of it, I have yet to see wave 2. Weird. I heard that wave 3 figures have difficulty sitting in the DTC vehicles, but I was surprised to find today that they can all sit. Trigger fingers are now precut, and the ones I saw on the pegs lacked yellow stripe Stalker, the only Stalkers I found were green. So yellow will more than likely be the harder to find variant(fitting, as many fans did not want that version). If they complain now, they are hypocrites. One of our members at hisstank reported seeing 6 cases of wave 3 at walmart. -

Damn it, if KOTOR III is done by Bioware for EA I hope it isn't ruined in turn by EA. -
Yes thats all of them. However, make sure the FAST pack armor parts you are getting have the arm armor from the reissue Super Valkyrie. The vintage arm armor does not fit the reissues.

Dude, get the FP Hikaru set. That was a holy grail of mine for a DECADE. Well, I mean it is, but thats how long it took me to get one. Being a 10 year old kid, watching seeing the VF-1 SUPER valkyrie on TV, never being able to find a vintage one, then stumbling upon one at a local convention 10 years later and finally being able to buy it=PRICELESS CHOCK FULL OF WIN.

Any tips or suggestions man? I read on kotaku.com that one member placed his console and power brick on a wire rack. -

So is there no definitive way to avoid RROD? Just wanted to know your opinions. The guy at my local gamestop said "if its going to happen, its going to happen". -

How so? -
Its 8v8 or up to 16 player dogfighting. Namco was trying to implement 32 player online, but I'm not sure if they were able to put it in. Also, does anyone know if the stick/throttle will work on Over-G and other games? I heard the bad thing about the throttle and stick is that you can't map the buttons.

I have a feeling that eventually a Masterpiece Movie Prime will be made. That will be awesome. -

He is actually from the "Allspark Battles" segment(continued movie line), not the animated line. I agree with David on Leader Prime being the hardest to find after CC Bumblebee. Anyone remember launch day on June 2nd? Primes for EVERYONE! I had no idea within one month we would have a power ranger 93 deja vu only with transformers. -
I agree to an extent man, however I think the "High G" system they have implemented might help. If you initiate it, your plane bleeds speed more rapidly in the game, and that system will be the most abused by players. Well I hope it will help, not really sure. I got tired of dogfighting friends in the PS2 Ace Combats, because it usually ended up being never ending circle battles, holding R1 and pulling up all the time to dodge missles. With the high g system, the turns are tighter once initiated, so maybe regular turns without the high g initiated have a wider radius. One can only hope multiplayer dogfighting will be fun. I think it will be, but I hope it stays fun. *btw, are you the same Beterhans on youtube with the amazing aerodancing videos?*

25th Anniversary GI Joe

I am having no luck finding the anniversary stuff too. I think I am the only one with love for Dojo Snake Eyes, that figure turned out excellent, has relevance since its a training Snake Eyes, and pure ninja, but I think people are Snake eyes'd out. Excellent figure, far underrated and overlooked. I knew Samurai Snake Eyes would be awesome, and he is, but Dojo is very fun. The double jointed knees and elbows, the dynamic stances he can pull off, the new bandolier which can store his 2 swords in a crossed fashion, his new excellent visor sculpt, and his training apparatus make for a fun figure. I recommend him. I wouldn't say he is better than Commando snake Eyes, but dojo SE is easily the best 8" ninja Snake eyes. Anyone figure out if Samurai SE can store his sword anywhere? -

I'm not a big fan of the interior packaging. I hate how the weapons are tied to their hands via plastic bands, and how they are hard to extract from the interior plastic. I am looking forward to that pack, Dragon SS looks great, the troopers are fun, and Cobra Commander will look better once I find some red cloth to drape over his shoulder, to make him even more 2004 accurate. -
Also, with the yamato valks, like the Nora and YF-21, you will be able to them in the future, they are bound to be reissued from time to time. With the bandais? Who knows. It will certainly be easier to find a Nora and YF-21 in the coming years than it will be to find a bandai reissue. Remember, the bandais haven't been in production for a couple years now.
