Does he have ratchets and are his arms prone to looseness, especially his gun arm? This is important to me, as one of the main reasons I like voyager Megatron so much is that he has ratchets all over the place.

Me too. I want to buy an armored Ozma. Episode 7 made that thing look BAD ASS. Ultraviolent grey and gloss coat for that too please! Then I'd bring it over your house and be like "dude, this is awesome. Check it out." Then leave with all your alcohol. Excellent. Ya know, with gloss coating, the paint job should be resistant to alcohol, so its collector safe for accidental alcohol spillage during drunken swooshing! Focker would be proud.

Would LAI really profit, or would the numerous corporations on the Galaxy? Maybe the 27 is made by corporations on Galaxy from stolen technology from LAI, that would explain why LAI was surprised when they studied it. Also, did anyone notice that bastard Leon trimming his nails? LOL. I think LAI and Frontier are the underdog, with Grace indirectly getting the Vajra to wipe out Frontier/LAI while Galaxy profts and steals LAI technology from the remains of the Frontier afterwards, and then wiping out the Vajra soon afterwards. The Frontier/Vajra remain a mystery, Galaxy is praised as a survivor and even more red tape runs about.

I went to a TRU that had 24 Animated Leader figures on saturday, and were down to 18 by first reported sighting, when I arrived, they only had 2 Bulkheads. I heard this TRU restocked the next day but I was too pissed to even bother going back. I am waiting till Classics/Animated Leaders hit saturation before I go hunting for them again. Some say Classics are overrated but I like them just fine. To me they are supposed to be our modern day renditions of our favorite g1 characters, and at that they excel for the most part. Some figures could have definitely been designed better(this goes for every other line too), but by all means these aren't bad figures. I think some people hate them just to hate something and look cool, while saying that Ultimate Bumblebee is tons better and even better than the deluxe concept camaro Bumblebee(yes people, there are a few fans like that).

He's actually a voyager man. Blitzwing is the figure I am anxiously anticipating. I just need to get one to figure out if my wing sweep idea might actually be right. Funny thing, Powerglide looks inspired by Cybertron Wingsaber, which in turn was inspired by the A-10, which the original Powerglide was, and what the new Powerglide looks like an upgrade of *head explodes*

I don't see why it wouldn't, Bandai uses a lot of clear plastic for parts that are supposed to be clear, like visors, landing gear lights, simulated LEDS and so forth.

vifam7 translated one of the magazine articles where its mentioned. Kawamori wanted the head to take a certain shape, less narrow from the top I think. Anyways Bandai is not alone in having to change things for Kawamori's approval, Yamato has to go through him for their releases too. He is the reason we didn't get a brown 1/60 VF-0A. I hope we see production photos soon, I'm itching to see Ozma's in fighter mode, and also see what kind of coating these will have. I want to see gloss coating like on the chunkys. I hope Alto's 25 also has the ultraviolent tint that the VF-1A Hikaru reissue had. That tint was awesome.

Well Kawamori did request changes for the shape of the head, that deviated from the appearance on TV. Also it doesn't help that the head in the picture looks to be angled as if looking upwards, on a ball joint. I like the look of the toy so far.

How durable did it feel, how fast was transformation and is transformation better or equivalent to the 1/48 with regards to ease?

Cartoon colored V2 Snake Eyes is coming in an upcoming DVD pack, I think the one with Quick Kick. Look black, but if you look at some pictures next to Quick Kick, the figure is actually dark greyish purple like the animation! It looks like most of the body is actually a new mold.

Thats what I worry about too, but I also doubt it as that has never been used since the early 90's, so I don't know the status of that mold. I want a new tool one, and most of us do too.

Unlikely, Kawamori himself is the one who requested some of the changes. Anyways I think it looks better than the line art, more balanced.

The only thing going for Luca is that his 25 reminds me of the ELINT seeker, other than that, as a character he sucks, and if I ever buy his RVF-25 its only because of the randome and his named drone pods, especially if they can be mounted on stands too. As it stands, the 2 must haves for me, are Alto's super 25, and Ozma's armored 25.

All I hear is awesome! Night Raven was fantastic. One of the planes I begged my parents for, but never got. I'm actually optimistic if we do get one. Hasbro knows the goofy scaled vehicles didn't sell too well. Also the 25th line has shown them that gimmicks aren't really necessary to sell.
