The heatshield attaches to a hinge which brings the heatshield back from the main body. It's really cool.. Doesn't work like the movie, but no parts removed! I thought they were very close in size together (the 1 and 11). 14.23 and 15.21 metres respectively. This means if they bring it out in 1/60 scale, it will fall short of even the 1/48 VF-1. I say bring it up to 1/48.

BEE-CRAFT is Junichi Akutsu. He's a designer for lots of Gunpla. He's been using the pseudonym BEE-CRAFT to do detailed drawings of many designs from Gundam and making them a a bit more, model friendly. He's even taken some of Katoki's redesigns and adapted them. While cool, I don't want to Yamato to do anythying that will compromise the durability and posability of the YF-21. If you want to have the legs and arms fly off in all directions have at it with a screwdriver.

Of course I want reviews, but the product isn't out yet. What's the point of having neat profile shots from all directions? That's for the Magazines to do hence why we can't take pictures at some events. I wouldn't be surprised if they ban cameras altogether in the future with all these leaks. It was the most awesome ending. I wish I knew enough to make a "Perfect Edition of M+, adding the VF-11 Thunderbolt fighter scene with Isamu at the beginning, to the movie as a whole. It would all have to be in Japanese though. The ending to the Movie edition was wicked.

You shouldn't have to do this, but there is no choice now, but you can paint it fairly easily and cheaply with spray can. Also go over with a matte coat. You really don't lose detail and it looks heaps better in a revised and darker navy blue/indigo.

Bah, my 3 production VF-0S all have no problem holding a pose like that. Only my loosy-goosy preproduction sample can't.
