  1. Worry is only insurance on trouble when it actually arrives. Why stress yourself even more? Mindset people, mindset.
  2. Why worry? Assumptions usually screw you up. Just wait it out.
  3. Have no fear. They are one of the best. I've ordered more than $6000 USD worth of stuff from them. No problems.
  4. Yeah I agree, but don't worry if you want another one, they will go down in price in the future. Like the 1/48s. I was just too quick to buy these ones. I can't wait for the VF-X Ravens scheme. That will be awesome.
  5. Can someone please tell me WTF Frenzy is supposed to be?
  6. Dude, I don't know what you are seeing, but the only blowhard between the two scales is the 1/72. There's nothing there that the 1/60 can't do. And the more I look at it, the more I believe that the proportions and articulation are hideous. Particularly the thigh and chest areas. That's not a contradiction. I'd rate the YF-19 about 73% perfect, which means I generally approve and I am quite happy. That's my definition of generally happy. You see, the problem with that is, everything for you is black and white. If I applied this statement to my girlfriend, it's like saying that I should get rid of her because of the one little nagging flaw I hate, she makes up a sandwich, and then before she eats it she takes it apart again. EDIT that's an awesome title.
  7. hey ruskii... Did you use bubblegum to secure one of the rods on the flexistand?
  8. Hayao Kakizaki did make a serious modification that enabled it to do an A-Stance, but I wouldn't trust someone with any lesser skill to do it. Still, I was impressed.
  9. Sure. Silly me for choosing a toy whose only problem for me is a crooked gunpod in the fighter mode over a fugly chunky monkey who can barely pose and bend it's knees forward in GERWALK mode.
  10. That's a positive personality trait!
  11. I agree. The urban really looks good, I think the white, black and yellow accents make it go so well with it.
  12. I've never had a YF-19 toy before, and I'm damn proud of this one. Biggest, fully articulated one to date. Yamato overlooked only two issues to me. Name me another product that is as good.
  13. I've seen enough. Well maybe some more poses, especially on the stand.
  14. Thanks mate. I picked up my three last week to transform them into different modes and I didn't know what to do! It's the most complex one yet.
  15. Actually I was pissed when my VF-0A arm. But I fixed it and got over it. After 1 day. What am I going to do, hold a grudge against some company over a toy? I've already told them what I thought with my wallet thankyou, and that's by cutting back on purchases. True that I'm a collector that is too forgiving, but I also just don't sweat the small stuff. I've never gotten a perfect product before, Yamato, Bandai or otherwise. If I never forgave a company for making a minor flaw, I wouldn't collect anything in my lifetime. EDIT: And yes, my YF-19s and VF-1s are mass market models and not direct from Yamato like Grahams. Little I could do when I don't have a camera. While the others were having broken YF-19s, I didn't do much as I didn't have the time to touch mine. I transformed it before then numerous times....and it's still sitting pretty. And rather than focusing my energy on crying over how the manual doesn't seem to get me the results I want, I used logic to figured it out for myself. They YF-19 is good plastic. Like the 1/48 VF-1. Never had anything broken yet. The only time I've done that is when I've stepped on it. Unfortunately, I am not that privileged.
  16. Suit yourself if you think it's a dildo. The justification for call it that was pretty lame though. Actually, you like to make a lot of assumptions. Trying that on my second YF-19, its not hard at all. Technique, if I can call it, it what matters, and how you hold the YF-19. Its about unlocking the part and moving it in the direction that it was intended, rather than where you want it to go.
  17. Yeah. Right. According to the compendium, it's called the Fold Booster. That's what it is. Anyway, some useful info, I was fooling around with the YF-19 last night, I've found a way to transform the neck smoothly. The previous way was just too risky for breakage. I'll host a few pics soon. The concept for transformation is much like the way i push in the backplate for the 1/48 VF-1, I figured out a way to reduce the wear as well.
  18. Can't you get prepaid? Then there is no contract at all.
  19. It's hard to continuously look upon the term "foldildo" as funny as well.
  20. Check out the little landing gears. I think they are very highly detailed in that area. I'm slowly beginning to accept the price tag.........
  21. Didn't you hear? They announced the new VF-0 with Fold Booster! YF-19 sales were so terrible due to the QC, that Yamato had to make it compatible with every valk! Up next, the Q-Rau with Fold Boosta!â™
  22. There's nothing in it for me. I can't feel his pain.
  23. I did some basic reading on the HD-DVD thing, it's basically just a ultra resolution silky smooth picture quality right?
  24. I think that Graham stated clearly before that there would be no sounds.
