1/48+FP's, 1/60, and 1/72 picture gallery
kensei replied to VF-18S Hornet's topic in Hall Of The Super Topics
My collection of boxed 1/48 VF-1's. Not opening them until I have everything and built the shelf. Should be finishing my collection in a month but due to the damn GBP, I'll probably have to get more Fockers, about 3-4 more than planned. This is in my study. -

I can't wait to get my 4 in a month with my other 11 VF-1S Fockers. This thing is awesome! -
From reading the passage, does he intend on declaring the value of the item for $700 USD?

I would personally never bring a valk into the bathroom no matter how bored I get when laying bricks. They are just too valuble to me. Besides aren't you guys worried about the smell? Also, some of you must have a fibre deficiency or something, you shouldn't have enough time while dropping a deuce to actually play with your toys. A bad case scenario about faeces in public places is one in the gym. The gym staff continually found humna faeces in the trashcan in the solarium room. Determined to find the culprit, they checked the room after every user. Finally they caught a woman after inspection. She admitted to the crime, saying that she only had 30 minutes on the bed, and didn't want to waste time going to the bathroom. They never saw her again after that.

I think it was a direct supplier that did that.

meh.. i find paint chipping on my SOC toys as well... heck, on the unit 2 eva SOC, even the little booklet they give you shows a SOC that has all sorts of chipping. I also prefer little/no diescast... the toys have better posability, less wear and tear on the joints, and plastic, and consistent coloring. I agree here. But I like to have parts that have the most stress on them made out of diecast and they have to be well hidden. Never thought of steel actually. -
Oh jeeezz, you guys are too much...it just shows how innocent my mind is.

Now that is a damn good idea. aaahhhhahaha. That's why I buy most of my stuff brand new! Yeah but everything you traded is used... hahaha... that's not weathering on the red Alpha... Other phrases for dropping a deuce: pinching a loaf fire off a missile let the dogs out taking the Browns to the Superbowl How about: "dropping the kids off at the pool"? If I ever dropped one of MY Yamato's in the bowl, it would be the end. BTW: Godzilla. congrats on your new total. Doesnt "dropping the kids off at the pool" imply something else??? All so wrong... so very very wrong... Nup. Me and the boys have always used it. I would liek to know if there's another meaning
-
So what your official total?

Of course! ....hey ...... Hehe. I read your post BEFORE you decided to edit it. The penny dropped, eh? Yep. Didn't look at the numbers.

of course the same thing happens in robotech... if something happens in the Macross part of RT that doesn't happen in Macross, I'd like to see it. Well, there's the Robotech Masters leaving to attack Earth shortly after the end of Space War 1, after babbling in shock and awe about how badly we kicked the zentradi's butts. Don't worry EXO, I would've forgotten that as well. This is fully sick. It seems as if Yamato wants to make the easiest things for the 1/48 line before moving on to more complex stuff like two-seaters and larger YF-19 and 21 toys (here's hopin ) CF is next for sure!
-
Besides the nosecone we have to swap the hands and use the bigger version if we want to display it with the gunpod too well with the GBP-1 it isn't supposed to transform, so who cares about perfect transformation...uhm... what do you want? perfect jettison GBP-1S ?! OT: when the RMS magically disappear into the wings? I ever thought the valks can't close the wings with large stuff like the RMS or UUM-7 on, and i don't remember seeing them disappear. Probably means the AMM missiles during the late 1st half of the eps in SDF Macross.

hey dude, heres the solution to your problem.... you know the little twist ties that come packaged with your mecha toys? yeah the ones thats wire in the inside and plastic on the outside, yeah those ones. just remove the wire and cut a tiny piece off and stick it inbetween the wrist and the hand. problem solved. The coolest thing about that is that there is a little groove for that wire to fit in. Do you think Yamato purposely made the groove just for that little fix?

Hikaru had only the Super FAST Packs on in the movie. He never had the GBP in the movie. FAST Packs do not mount any armour or weapons systems on the nose or fuselage, only on the dorsal, forearms and outer leg sections.
-
I have to agree with Graham. All of you with a 1/48 can tell. Look at the picture and the armour does not extend below the wings (assuming that the picture is scaled). The nosecone of the 1/48 dips ~1cm below the wingtips.

I'll get one for now Relax, it's not as much as you think. Only four. I dearly hope that they wiul not release another variatn, which would be pointless. There is no other canon variant of the VB-6 in the Macross universe. Then again we ahd the Low viz VF-1.... LOL I can see it now! Limited Edition low number release: LOW VISIBILITY KOENIG MONSTER Guy A: "What's that big gray flying boulder?" Guy B: "I don't see anything, it's a clear sky" Guy C: "That's no moon..." Guy A: "OMG! IT'S COMING RIGHT FOR US!" Guy C: "Imperial walkers!" Guy B:"hu-" *splat* You can't see it because it's all low visibility like... "Why'd you knock my Koenig Monster off the shelf honey?!" "Because I couldn't see it! It blended in with all the other gray toys on the shelf!" Okay, you an haul me away now... It's been a long semester. That's alright. But I hope it doesn't happen. Both the release of a LV VB-6 and my wife knockin one of my toys off the shelf. Gotta remind myself to start plannin on a fully sick glass cabinet for these babies. -

I also doubt that the FAST Packs would fit on a 1A max anyway. That's the only 1/60 that can't take a FAST Pack apparently.
-
That insane person just got $28,000. I ask you....WTF would you want a POS like that for? It even made the newspaper.
-
Yep thanks Graham! This place is just bliss to me at the moment, I am so deleriously happy! I love this place! And I love Yamato! And I shall express it using my wallet! *looks at wallet*.........uhm.... maybe later.

You guys are polluting my mind.... Most asian women tend to age gracefully you know. Don't know about their voices though.
