Tv And Dyrl Valkyries

Yes apparently it was more of a grey base than a white one. The arrows on the skull head are also black. Of course there are the TV style hands opposed to the more mechanical DYRL? hands. DYRL forearms are also a flat shape, not a U-like shape at the elbow. Max and Millia are faithful to the TV designs. CF I think is a bastardisation. Technically to me it is a DYRL?, even if it comes with TV hands. You can't really call it a TV valk due to the different shaped head and elbows.
2. The hips look like they'll do a VF-11.......
3. Just watched the into to Gundam SEED MSV. Don't know why I'm still so attached to this series despite SEED Destiny's failure. It is so fully sick, I wish I could get hte game in Australia. Who here reckons that the next installment of SEED should use the MSV? There are a lot of great mobile suits and characters that deserve some screentime in my opinion, and the fact is that most of them are normal soldiers. It could go the same as as they did 0083. IF and only if SEED was a tribute to the original series, then this could fill in a lot of the holes while making sure that the characters that we have currently seen to death do not steal the spotlight. And then they could continue the SEED saga into a fourth series where Destiny left off, and truly finish CE timeline properly. Can the SEED series be saved? After what they did with Destiny? What do you think? Or am just wishing?
4. There are ALWAYS leftovers dude. BTW with regards to the VF-0, I gotta love the new gunpod. Looks sweet. With time on my hands and the generosity of a modelling friend I am learning how to scratchbuild. And making my own set of articulated hands for the VF-0. Mwahahahahahahahaaaa.
5. This will do us until a whole new design comes out. Yamato knows that we hunger for FAST Packs, Ghosts and GBP armour with these. Expect them at an online store near you in the nearby future.
6. I already thought of that, but it was too ungainly to be anything worth taking a picture of.
7. Soon to follow, VF-1A Max
8. Wasn't there a rereleased one for around that price recently? With FAST Packs too?
9. Shelves cleaned and updated. I'd like to do a proper photoshoot sometime with individual valks.
10. Well coming from someone who owns 94 (!!) valks I can totally see where you are coming from. But "think of the children" who do have a specific type in mind and are at the mercy of those evil ebay sellers who will boost the price of an already expensive toy knowing some types are in high demand due to being harder to find. I think in the long run it can only mean good things for fans whether you are new and starting out, or as a person waiting for more different releases. (I personally want them to start some mac plus valks - the yf 19 has got to be a popular mech) Seriously though: one of these days you have got to take each and every one of those valks out, transform them into battoid mode for us all to see them, and pose them in a strategic formation as if they were about to march off to fight an army of zentradi, then take a picture of the battle. I would like to see a rows of battroid all ready for combat, similar to what you see in the tv series when the destroid are all lined up shoulder to shoulder in preparation for the deadalus manuever before they are about to fire everything. I just got an idea: I think all LE should be packaged in battroid mode for dramatic effect. I think having the box sitting up tall like the Qrau might make people think it was that much more special. I don't know why but I have always been more a fan of seeing mecha in thier robot form than thier vehicle form. Probably because I like to put them in dramatic poses and stuff. The other advantage of packaging it that way is the head turret will stand out more so it doesn't look so samey. 366284 Hey I'm not complaining about the new releases specifically. I'm over collecting the current released cannon valks. Just the low vis that I'm not happy about as I paid through the nose for them. Usually when you stamp something with the words LE that's it. "Children of the future" eh? What are you listening to Whitney Houston? It's great that Yamato have released the Roy's again. And the VF-J Hikaru (well sorta, I was kinda hoping for the Super version ). I would want the toy to get out as much as possible. I'm a collector not an investor, otherwise I'd have made the move to sell out long ago. I had plenty of opportunites, LV drought, FAST Packs shortage, Max VF-1A...the list goes on. It just kinda makes my Low Vis feel less special now. I'm sure people like Godzilla would agree. But the point is moot as it should be a different version of the LV anyway. Even if Yamato is intent on making it different from the original, that is still pushing it a bit. Release it all you want, but not if you stamp it with limited edition. If Yamato is intent on milking this mod then I'd wish they'd move on to other paint schemes. I mean more like cannon ones. But the stealth one is quite cool. To tell the truth, I am 1/48ed out. I want something else. 366283 1/48'd out? BLASPHEMY! J/K. I am always wanting more. After getting the Macross PLus This is Animiation book, I saw a lot of cool VF-1 schemes. I like the Camo one from the UNS Air Force. I would like to see that on the 1/48s. What I really want is the two seaters. Come on Yamato... <Larry The Cable Guy>GIT R DUN!</Larry The Cable Guy> If they released those, I know I will get 4 each at a minimum. 366326 Same here. But you gotta admit, you really wnat something new too. VF-4, VF-9, VF-11, VF-14 and VF-17 etc....
11. * Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny The Edge (2005) - the events of the series from Athrun Zala's point of view; by Chimaki Kuori * Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Astray B (2002) - a photonovel published cuncurrently with Astray and meant to complement it, focuses on the blue-frame Gundam Astray; novels by Tomohiro Chiba * Mobile Suit Gundam SEED X Astray (2003) - sequel to the first Astray manga; by Tomohiro Chiba, Koichi Tokita * Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny Astray (2004) - novels by Tomohiro Chiba * Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny Astray (2004) - a young photojournalist uses the next generation Astray to show the truth to the world; manga by Tomohiro Chiba, Koichi Tokita Anyone know the release dates for these? I want them! I want to know further about Canard Pars and Prayer Reverie.
12. Even if Yamato is intent on making it different from the original, that is still pushing it a bit. Release it all you want, but not if you stamp it with limited edition. 13. Aww crap, I think that means lost revenue for Yamato yet again and plus a slammin shipping fee for us. Doesn't ADV or HG distribute M23?
14. Alright! The other Akatsuki! Hey azrael, you got your wish!
15. Ummm they need to fix the hands. They need to pull it out of the forearms a bit more...but then again I thought that the hands don't retract? They should make them a touch bigger and make em MG like hands. I'm very happy with it as a whole so far. I think that it looks mad funky. Can't wait to see the completed model. I think I'll drill holes in the airbrakes too.
16. I'm waiting for a Max Factory review of it too. That's a hell of a hefty price, right up there with a VF-0. And I don't complain about prices too often either. Wonder how big it is compared to a 1/48 VF-1. And how complicated. It looks rather plain at the moment, hope that they have some upgrades like beam sabres and rockets and shoulder cannons....something like the modat or Hargun. At the moment it looks very plain and simple like the original RX-78 Gundam. Notmuch differnece, but this is what I am talking about. Ten bucks that Yamato will rerelease the Garland with blue colours.
17. Probably, but a GBP throwing a grenade was one of my must do poses, but alas, he's got weak hands...
18. It's not too bad. It just means word is getting around about Yamatos and how good they are. Yamato is just spreading the love. It's wonderful that everyone is able to get some 1/48 goodness.
19. Thanks but....please don't get me started. So the only thing that would make you part with them is a revolutionary VF-17? I think I remember you saying that you would sell your old VF-1 Bandai stuff, and you wouldn't miss them.
20. Ok then, detailed, better than a normal HG and bigger, but not as functionally good as a PG or MG. Thanks. Is it easy to customise a Justice Gundam into a MG version using a ungraded 1/100 Justice and a MG Freedom kit? I was planning to do this. Also, are there beam boomerangs on the 1/100 kit of the Justice or are they fixed? I wanted to make something good like this guys....
21. Question, HG does not necessarily mean 1/144 scale right? Thinking of buying a 1/60 Strike Freedom, and it's been referred to as a HG to me.
22. Then they must have used the Roy production line. The tight airbrake and the crooked skull are the big clues. Cept for the gummy pilots and red paint of course.
23. I can't get the GBP to hold a grenade. The grip is not tight enough. In the anime, I don't think that the GBp actually throws them anyway, I remember them selfshooting from the hips.
24. That VF-0 looks helluva buff. I would like to see a full review on it soon. Hopefull they will lay it out with ALL the accessories. And open up the door to a VF-0D.
