    Isn't there another resident evil movie being made/planned as well, thats more in tune with the games and has nothing to do with the other movies.

    When i first started watching it, i was put off by the characters, the singing and the whole spiritia thing. But when i start watching a series, i tend to finish it. In this case i practically forced my self to keep watching to the finish and ended up liking the show, but not all that much.

    Yeah, the first half of the show was mostly all that, but in the second half, i thought it got better and because of that, i don't totally hate the show except for most of the singing, the story improved.

    The change in music to me sounds out of place, but thats probably because I've got use to the original version. Its no big deal.

    With the earthrace's current level of technology it seems impossible to manufacture all that, I'm assuming the moonrace defectors helped them or something. I was just surprised to see so many Gallops (those giant hover crafts) near the end of the show.

    Ok, I've finished Turn A in the weekend, I enjoyed the show a lot. So it seems this show is meant to be the distant future of UC gundam and maybe others? and compared to the other UC shows it seems this one has the lowest kill/ death rate of main characters. Also did the earthrace manage to manufacture there own MS near the end along with the Gallops? I couldn't really catch the Japaneses language all that well to understand it.

    Then how is the ending portrayed in the unmatted version. What do they show instead of the earth?

    Just started watching Turn A gundam, my first thoughts are that it takes some getting use to, to the the mobile suit designs and character designs. This is my first ever AU series having watched nothing but UC. Its also good to see some suits from the UC series even though they have different names.

    I don't want to sound stupid or anything, but what do you guys mean by "Unmatted Episode Six". what is the difference?

    If the R0 and R1 versions of gunbuster are by the same company, and its released round about the same time, and they also recommend the R0 version in their letter reply to Kieth, don't you think this is a ploy to make more money, They are taking advantage of hardcore fans because they know they would buy both copies. They must be laughing all the way to the bank

    NO!!! don't get the bootleg Gundam dvds, I've got some of them and the subtitles are rubbish, if you can't understand Japanese, you can't rely on the subtitles either. Also My bootleg version of first gundam had some episodes that skipped half way after the advert eyecatch. So its not entirely complete.

    Is Honneamise not just Bandai, I'm confused, that there are two Bandai companies in the USA. Anyway if Honneamise release first gundam that would be good news to anyone who hasn't seen the show or waited for it to come out in Japanese language. Not so good news for me because i already spent a fortune on the Japanese boxsets cause i couldn't wait for a proper release in the west.

    Well, i got them from www.cdjapan.co.jp, the first boxset came with a hcm pro figure of a gundam. The first boxset is all silver/grey with the federation logo on it and the second boxset is red with the zeon logo. I think theses are the limited versions.

    I just finished watching the Japanese box sets and i can confirm that all the episodes are there.

    I started to mess about with the first episode, I think I might be becoming a "Hardcore Stickler" . I Copied the first dvd on my computer. I then dug up my very old HK VCD version and copied the audio to the DVD version. To my surprise the audio is actually better than the new one, its much louder and clearer with no distortion etc. So now i have great picture quality from the DVD and good audio from the VCD. Can't get subtitles though.

    OK, I've watched the first disc, so far its alright, the music change seems out of place though, I think maybe some of you "Hardcore Sticklers" have a very good point now that I've heard it myself.

    My Gunbuster DVD set arrived yesterday, but i wasn't home to get it, so i'm going to the post office to collect it today. I'll let you guys know what i think about it once i watched it.

    Does it not give you the option to not download the toolbar? Thats a bit sh*te then. I've got the MKV version, its an annoying format, but i went to the MKV website and downloaded the codec pack there, and it enabled me to watch Igloo on windows media player 10.

    You can always get your dvd player unlocked, I don't know about the US but here in the UK you can look at adverts in dvd player magazines that offer this service. I've got mine done, thats how I can play dvds from other regions. Another option is to buy a really cheap player not manufactured by big name brands like sony & jvc...etc. Cheaper players by less known manufacturers are usually region free because of the components they use. Edit-You can also search the internet for a patch that disables the region lock on your dvd drive on your PC.

    Music changes and translation errors, I can live with. I hope thats all there is cos I've already pre-ordered my set from my importer weeks ago and they don't allow order cancellations after so many days.
