1. BPX-01 SOUL OF POPYNICA BATTLESHIP YAMATO BANDAI Just bought one mint off Ebay for $160 shipped!
2. 1/48 T.V. Hikaru VF-1J Got that a couple of weeks ago!
3. 1/48 Max and Millia VF1-J's
4. 1/48 Roy (Would be better if Yamato made a T.V. version!)
5. 1/48 VF-1J Steath
6. 1/48 VF-1A CF
7. A 1/60 VF-0S & OA Shin type that isn't a floppy piece of s#!7!!!
8. A 1/60 SV-51 with NO QC issues out of the box!
8. A Mospeda Legioss (That looks good in all modes) and matching Tread
9. A new repaint of the 1/60 YF-19 and a VF-22 to go with it.
That's all for now, lol.

Since the 1/48 line is dead according to Graham, then I would also love to see a revised 1/60 scale VF1 line, that would rock!!
Of course, I still have to get the Valks of the 1/48 scale that I like the most (CF, M&M, Stealth1J, and Roy)

I will wait till I hear from those who get one. If the broken back/floppy fuselage issue in fighter mode with the first release of the VF-0S has been fixed, then I will pick this one up.

I PM'ed Valkyrie Exchange about a Max/Millia set, I hope he can get one for me, that would be awesome to have those to display next to my Hikaru 1J!
-Kyp
I know how you feel, bro...I've only had my Hikaru 1J for a couple of weeks and I still can't get over how freaking awesome the 1/48's are!
Congrats and may you have many more in your collection!!

Wow. That's not convincing me to spend my $$$ on the SV-51 anytime soon. I know that my 1/48 Hikaru 1J feels and handles like a $200 toy and I only spent $112 on it. The VF-0S I had cost $170 and felt and handled like it should have only been $70.
The 1/60 YF-19 on the other hand, felt like it was worth the money to me, so I will be getting another one of those and the YF-21 to go with it. But unless the VF-0S re-release has some serious improvements and the 2nd issue SV-51 is improved, I think I will be staying away from the Mac 0 line of toys. Which would be a shame because I really like the valks from the OVA.

Sadly...no. It was made by Taito and sold only in Japan. I found it on Ebay through a US seller. It's not entirely accurate to the line art, the Bandai version that you mention is much, much more accurate. I will get one one of these days, but for now, this one is nice enough. The cool thing is, that it's paint job has weathering on it which is a nice touch.

Well, my VF-0S was a floppy piece of crap. The shoulders were also loose and one of the shoulders had a stress mark on it. To me, the 1/48 VF-1 is a much better made toy and much tighter with great shoulders that aren't loose at all.
I might get the 2nd issue VF-0S later on just to keep on display in fighter mode. I will agree that it's one beautiful bird though.

I had the VF-0S first issue, and sold it because it was a floppy mess. I had the YF-19 first issue and sold it because I knew they would be reissuing it with out the QC issues.
As of now I have the 1/48 Hikaru 1J, the 1/60 Super Ostrich, and the MPC Lancer Alpha.
My next Valk will more than likely be the Roy 1S reissue.
I just put my 1J back in fighter mode and it's as tight as ever. The 1/48's are definitely some of Yamato's finest works, if not the very best thing they've ever put out.

Yes, yes I am. I should have started out collecting the 1/48's first. I don't know if I will ever try getting another VF-0S...it depends on how much better made the second issue is.
For right now, I am sticking to 1/48's and I plan on getting another 1/60 YF-19 later on, but I will more than likely wait for the repaints to come out. I am definitely getting the YF-21 when it comes out though.

Just tried Gerwalk mode for the first time...awesome!
Much more solid than the craptacular VF-0S I had.
I think I'm gonna leave it like that for a while.
-Kyp
Just got it in today and though my 1/48 is vastly superior, I'm still glad I picked this up since it's the best version out there to my knowledge. I'm quite content to have this in my collection.
