I've been re watching SDF Macross on Veoh TV, I'm up to Ep. 25 so far. Having the new 1/60 Roy 1S has been making me really nostalgic as of late. -Kyp

Agreed, V1 is NOTHING compared to V2. I owned a V1 Super O so I should know. And even the fast packs attach and hold better than V1 or the 1/48's. -Kyp

You're right, but I think Yamato's goal for the new 1/60 was to have a better balance in appearance in all 3 modes. The fact of the matter is that no matter what Yamato does, not everyone will be happy with their decisions. I think they did what they thought would make the majority happy. I can't speak for everyone else, but they damn sure made me happy. -Kyp

Get the Yf-19. It's easier to transform and looks great even if it's not as anime accurate in fighter mode as the YF-21. However, the 21 is more solid in fighter mode than the YF-19. I would say get the new 1/60 VF-1S, but you already said that you didn't want one. I have two and they're awesome and tight as Hell in all 3 modes. Best money I've ever spent. -Kyp

I'd be furious if mine were like that. I'd either repaint the flat black part and then use the stickers followed by dull coat or it would end up wearing fast packs. -Kyp
