Very nice start, and inspiring project for the reason you're doing it. Just wondering, for nail down the proportion, are you using any particular blueprint for that? or you plan to eyeballing it as you go? I never done any modeling so can't give you any advice, but good luck with the project.

Ah, I don't know much about scratch-built things, it might be easier if you do a mock up 3D model first, then use that as an reference, and translate it to physical model. Paper craft is also an option. Just try to suggest something a bit more flexible than clay. Look forward to your future progress

I wonder if let the nose angle stays the same, but raise the center of the feet higher would do. Not a big fan or the VF-19, I still wish the Bandai version do well, so they will release a more playable YF-19.

May be too early to judge, but so far it looks like a phony Gundam show. The mecha action is no where close to the level of CCA or F91. -
