Is this in Gerwalk mode or fighter mode? I don't see this problem in fighter mode, my VF-0S is sitting on the macross display stand now, I don't even see this gap...........
Sorry to hear that, this could be an isolated case, yet, your two 0s got similar problem, I wouldn't conclude this is a coincidence, I guess I have to think thrice before proceeding to my next Yamato valk purchase. Anyway, thx for your feedback.
Does your VF-0A shin combo have any shoulder stress mark? My 1/60 VF-0S has a minor stress mark on his left shoulder and I seldom transform it . I have loosen the screw and there is no sign of breakage yet, just a minor stress mark, I was hoping Yamato would change the shoulder design on this shin combo. Any member here encounter the same problem found in 1/60 VF-0S?
I do not have a VF-0A but do own one VF-0S valk which I have only transformed a couple of times. Out of curiosity, I performed a quick inspection on the problem area (shoulders), I am so disappointed to find out a white stress mark on the left shoulder . The right shoulder is fine though. Glad I didn't buy VF-0A and I am having 2nd thought of buying the Ghost-shin combo which will be released in Spring.
Got mine before X'mas, didn't bring it out to transform until yestersday and took some shots (forgive my picture taking skill, 1st time user of a digital camera). This valkyrie is a giant, the fighter mode is the longest of all the valks I got. The only complaint I have is the skinny hand, have trouble holding the gunpod firmly. After uploading these pics, I can't wait to transform it to my favourite Battroid mode.
Looks like Yamato is going to release this like stealth, buy them individually or in one complete set (VF-0A Kudo Shin Type with QF-2200D-B Ghost Booster).
I hope the ghost booster would not create too much weight on the backpack of the valk.....especially in gerwalk mode.
The following pics are from HobbySearch
my favourite battroid mode looks so cool, I'm glad I've preordered one and having seen these review pics, I'm so tempted to order a second one. Thx for the pics & review.
[OT]: In stead of reissuing the 1/48 VF-1A MAX, do you guys think Yamato will release a 1/48 VF-1S MAX in the future? I believe they only need to change several things. ie. the head, number on the right wing and the design of the box.
Has anyone got this piece (tow hook) to spare? It is the piece that pulls out the front landing gear.
*** EDIT : just found my missing part.....back to normal
I wish I could see that live concert too......I've recently bought one of her latest CDs "Silent love", it's different from her earlier ablums but I like it very much . For those songs she composed in her last twenty ablums, they all have great melodies......she is more like a great musician to me now than just "Minmay"
Mari rocks!
