ummm...what's so special about that particular show?

there are days were I wake up and wonder what's more expensive, my fuel or my valks... hehe I still think they're overpriced, but since there is no direct competition on the market agains Yamato's Macross line, they can do whatever they want with their prices until people really stop buying them if you're thing is toy size and money value, then I think the most overprice Macross toy is still the Wave SDF-1 paperweight, haha

She is in the Macross 7 movie, the galaxy is calling me, I think that's the name, she's one of Max and Miria 7 daughters she's zentran size and a kick ass Q-rau pilot, just about the only good thing enjoyable out of that dumb 40 min movie

yeah, those are Hasegawa 1/72 VF-22S and a 1/72 VF-0S Reactive armor, I was trying to pull up some kind themes... the valks (available) that Max, Miria and Roy got to used, I desperately need a Q-rau max to go with the miria one also and sort of complete the theme there, hehehehe

mmm.... I like your idea (kanedaestas), about dividing the story in 3 segments, but I feel it would still make the movie long, there is so much character developement in Macross, that someone or something will have to get cut off there's already a live action Macross plus rip off, it's called 'Stealth' movie sucked major ass, hahahaha

I think it would be nice to see a live action Macross, but I don't think it could work... how will you adapt the Macross story to live action, you can't possibly make the whole original Macross story to fit in 2 hour, of course, we got DYRL, but the story makes no sense if you haven't seen SDFM before It could be make into a trilogy, or some kind of mini-series or perhaps make a Macross sidestory but most of time, during live-action adaptation, a lot of stuff are severely change by the evil producer 'cause they think it would be better that way, imagine they change the inmortal VF-1 into am ugly ass CGI rust bucket, or maybe making Roy Focker into a metrosexual prick, no way!

Yamato 1/60 VF-1S Strike Valkyrie Roy on dec 2005 they don't sell macross/robotech toys over here, you must order them over the internet or by special invoice thru certain stores that as$rape you for the price if you dare to ask, I use to troll around on the internet looking at the MPC's thinking they were so cool, but it wasn't until I entered a store that sell limited toys and happened to see that beauty and I just thad to have it, about 10 months later, found MW and by looking at people beatiful collections I decided to start mine too, haven't look back ever since, no regrets, hehe

I understand people disliking the old 80's Mimmei pop music if it's not of someones taste, but I can't understand why would people prefer Macross 7 over the original, here's my take on it: let's say my first experience with the series is by watching and enjoying Macross 7, all during the series we get small insights into the original story, if I would later find out, there was a series about it (original Macross), I would watch it too to see if I could understand more about Macross 7 (I mean, the whole Protoculture stuff importance isn't explained very well or how humans and zentradi are allyes stuff and why are they in space colonies), and man oh man, I would just get to preffer the original macross over 7, not like I'm now gonna hate 7 and SDFM is the best, but to say that 7 is superior than SDFM is a bit odd I mean, you may not like the 80's style animation and music, but boy oh boy, the whole story, love triangle and COOL characters just get you sucked into it and the only annoying character is Kaifun but that's someone you just love to hate and don't have to put up for 45 episodes like you had to do with Basara on 7 who does absolutely the same on every episode, I just don't get it, any person or kid with half a brain could see which is the most intelectual series, and something I really dislike about 7 is that only characters that dyed were the two dudes from Diamond force and the other two dudes from Emerald force who were not really important, I don't hate Macross 7, but I can't stand the idea that it might be superior to the original this is just my opinion, I don't want to start the old 7 bashing

hmmm....have you try pushing the shoulder hard enough for them to fit properly on the square space left, sometimes they end up a bit loose on fighter cause they have not been push enough and pop out, maybe if you take pics of it we might be more helpful

I've actually manhandled my VF-0S and their are no cracks, I must have gotten one from a good batch then, few!

crooked gunpod has the easiest fix of all, just don't display it in fighter mode, hahaha, kidding, it really an easy fix I don't think you really need to go all pro-modeler to fix the tab issue unless it breaks and as far as I know, it has only happened to one unfortunate owner, just make sure to transformed it a couple of times to get the right amount of force to get the piece loose and transform so you won't be afraid of 'breaking it', çç and there's also the wheels weird position thing, you just have to push them to get them into place, no insane-macho drilling required but it really is one of the best Macross toys ever made, it's beautiful even with it's defects, once you get the package and open it, you will have no regrets for you have bought the toy of your childhood dreams, don't let the us OCD people here scare you, cheers!
