  1. I'm guessing he'll start shipping around the end of the month and people should start getting him early October.
  2. That is just fantastically huge! And Transformers protos are never done in 2-ups either, so the final version should be just as hulking. Nice. B)
  3. I'm sure it's just a rumor but who knows? Personally I wouldn't mind. I'm not a Harry Potter fan but I think the kid's a good actor. At least they're not casting Jake Lloyd...I hope...
  4. That thing looks crazy! Who'd mess with a giant rat-like robot that could scoop up dirt and hurl it at you?
  5. Dude! Please tell me there really is such a thing. It's part of the latest series of Simpsons figures. His wheelchair is complete with jet thrusters, helicopter blades and a boxing glove on a spring. I don't even collect the Simpsons line anymore but there's no way I could pass on a Dr. Stephen Hawking figure! http://toywiz.com/sise13acfist.html
  6. I was at Gamestop last night seriously debating on wether or not to get one. I decided to wait for the MPC and bought a Stephen Hawking figure instead. B) The Alphas were $13.99 BTW.
  7. It's 7" tall. So...is this any particular kind of Bioroid or just a Bioroid?
  8. Thanks! Yes, it does look like crap. It got played with just slightly less than my Hovertank, who's only saving grace was the fact that it 'transformed'. <_<
  9. Heh, I had a really crappy version of that tank when I was a kid, or one extremely similar. Got it as a stocking stuffer. It was all dark green and cheap feeling, must have been a bootleg. I should exhume it's mangled carcass from the toy dump and take some pictures so you guys can laugh at it's crappiness. Those original figures look cool, especially the jeep.
  10. So I was digging around through some old toy boxes at my parents place and uncovered yet another Robotech toy from my youth. It's one I never really liked that much which is probably why I forgot all about it. The question is, what is this guy called and is he from Mospeada or Southern Cross?
  11. Gah! I actually downloaded that a few weeks ago and meant to post it here but forgot all about it. That's some great stuff, especially the 'bullet time' moves.
  12. ***Using this old thread/post for hosting images***
  13. You got lucky! Hey, I said it's possible to get one for around $40, not likely.
  14. Well, $400 is certainly going to keep it in the hands of only the most elite fans. I love the series and would love to see the remastering, but I can't think of ANY DVD set that I would pay $400 for, no matter how cool the content and packaging is.
  15. He looks perfectly fine from the back to me. Aint nothing gonna burst my bubble on this figure!
  16. I'd love a SOC version too. Honestly though, the Soft Garage version is really great and fits in with other SOC figures perfectly. They pop up on Ebay from time to time and it's possible to get one for around $40. Look into it! B)
  17. I thought it was fairly well understood that the Renewal was just a remastering of the original series and not anything 'new'.
  18. The only reason I haven't preordered Sideswipe is because him and Prime come out around the same time and I can't afford both. Other than that, I love both vehicle and bot modes, same goes for Smokescreen. I couldn't be more pleased with the Alternators.
  19. Done and done.
  20. I love irony. In my previous post I asked Will when Blasto would be taking preorders for Prime. Moments later, Blasto is taking preorders for Prime. Bless that beautiful man and his Blastoriffic store.
  21. My VF-1S Joke Machine. Always has and always will be my favorite Macross toy. Although a 1/48 version would probably change that.
  22. Why would you want a deluxe Fortress Maximus, when the current fortress maximus works almost perfectly with scale of these little guys. True, true. And these look GREAT standing on him. I guess I just want tiny versions of all of my favorite Transformers.
  23. Just buy a Hikaru VF-1S Banpresto or whatever those were. It'll fit in with the rest of these Transformers. Not really, the Banprestos are around 4" tall and the WST are just over an inch.
  24. Orson could use a 'transformation' of his own. I'm thinking tar and feathers would do the trick, might as well make him look like the turkey he is.
