I wouldn't want firing missles, either. It would be cool to have the missles seperate, but i would take for sure two sets (4 lanuchers) either way. How hard would it be to chrome or vac-metalize them?

That wont make a huge difference to me for one reason: They will come out in Japan 6 months or so before the US, so my impatience will pretty much FORCE me to import the Japanese releases.

Awesome, but it would be more effective if you painted a refrigerator or TV box white with a red X and wore it over your head.

I can't believe he made that from scratch...and out of styrene! Really makes me ache for a real WW line someday. It's also cool that he made it for himself and has no plans to sell it or auction it, even though he could probably get a mint for it.

The last time I had this dilemma, I put on a ruffled tuxedo shirt (leftover from an old job at Hollywood video) and borrowed from my girlfriend's mother this old long wig made from real human hair (disgusting, yes) and told everyone I was "God". For as much of a cop-out as it was, it was so popular that years later people were still calling me "God". As for the wig, I puked all over it and buried it.

Predaking was always assumed to be 17 or 18, but I don't ever remember reading anything official stating it as such, only that it 'would' be released. And it hasn't been cancelled yet or anything, on the contrary, it was just announced that Predaking would in fact have all it's diecast intact.

Super-posableness is duly noted, and appreciated, but I'm still limiting myself to transforming transfomers. Gotta draw the line somewhere!

I like how they slimmed down Energon Prime. They look pretty cool but I've experimented with non-transforming Transformers before and it was too unsatisfying for me to try it again.

I spent a little time with Adobe Illustrator tonight making a business card. I'd never used Illustrator before, or made my own business card for that matter, but I'm happy with how it turned out and I thought I'd show it off. I was also thinking it would be fun to see other people's business cards here, so lets swap some meishi! (blur out the personal info if you prefer)

I'm not an Akira fan, but I find it amazing that anyone would fund ANY project by this guy after Catwoman. I feel bad for the Akira fans.

Wasn't there a FF-X2 action figures that were poseable? The Paine figure I have has a ton of articulation. The beautiful thing about it is that it's all pretty well concealed. I thought there was bupkis for joints until I took her out of the box. I remember some earlier dragon figures that had a good amount of articulation too...

While I was perfectly fine with the TV ending, the EoE ending is my favorite. Actually, I sort of look at them as the same ending in a way: In the TV ending we're stuck inside Shinji's head and hearing/seeing all the static. In EoE we see what's really going on, outside of Shinji's head. I'm not saying that's what was intended, but that's how it works for me. And while some people find it a more depressing ending than the series, I find it just the opposite. I wouldn't change a thing. As far as asking advice on wether or not to watch it, you may as well not ask. Half will tell you to watch it, half will tell you not to. The only thing you can do is decide for yourself.

I got 5 of the trading figures for about $30 on Ebay, although the seller was the reputable Anime King, so it wasn't much different than buying them from an online store. I think Anime King has more of them for sale. They're a great seller and I got my package in about four days from the end of the auction. I was reading a different board where someone got a fatty with the exact same problems that you listed, so I wonder if it's a common problem for a certain part of the run. Sucks About the eye, I think that's the flaw that would bother me most.

The show has actually been licensed by Geneon, so you'll have to hit up places like Box Torrents or SuprNova.org to find the fansubs. Or just wait for the DVDs. I've never been able to find any Tetsujin on Suprnova. I didn't know it was licensed by ganeon, I guess I'll just wait for the DVDs.

He's referring to the Garland prototype that Yamato showed off a couple months ago. It's a bike that turns into a bot but it has nothing to do with the Mospeada ride armor/Cyclones.
