New Robotech Transformable Toy Coming...
Skull Leader replied to VALKYRIE-EXCHANGE.COM's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Actually... I don't see the word EARLIER anywhere in your thread (watch him go and edit his previous post now. There isn't an edit now, but I bet there will be soon). Don't get so upset that someone called you on your bluff. This information may be true, or not... but somehow, I doubt you are the clever inside-info person you believe your worthless self to be. Go back to RT. "All your homos are belong to us".com and leave the intelligent people to their elevated musings. -

I thought we put him in his cage? Who let him out??? MG, no one believes a word you say... I don't understand why you're still here when you're obviously not wanted. I don't know how long it took you to concoct the story about the RT.com store Customer Rep, but I think just about ANYONE ELSE from RT.com could've come up with a more believable story. -

I wonder when they'll be declared boat-safe? They've been there since march. I bet they get cleared for action just in time to go out in the fall. -
actually, in the book, I believe they HAD shoulder-fired tranqs for the T-rex (wasn't Muldoon and Dr. Wu chasing the T-rex while Grant and the kids were in the raft on the other side of the treeline?... I seem to recall Muldoon attacking the T-rex with some sort of Tranq bazooka or something... been a while since I've read it.) All the more reason why I like the book more than the movie... Muldoon lives.

They'll probably rape and pillage the Gakken large cyclones and make them their own Master Piece of Crap like they did with the HCM series on VF-1s. -
yeah, I've had this one for a bit, one of my favorites to watch! I'm sure aircrews find all sorts of ways to break the tension while on deployment. It strikes me that this is probably one of the more TAME things they do! lol

I think it's important to have a good combination of games both that are very long and many shorter. What's dissapointing is when a game you expect to take much longer ends suddenly (GTA Vice City was like this for me, at least it has a kickass replay value). For me, Tetris will always be the ultimate time-waster, but I want my epics as well This summer I'm setting aside some time to replay FFIV... I never tire of that game!

the second one looks best to me, but the first one is a pretty decent comparison to the original photo!

Looking for good anime not released in US

Gundam X is the bomb.... all the way up to the second to last episode. You're almost better off NOT watching the last episode and letting everything resolve in your mind. They try to tie EVERYTHING up in one episode (this was due to the fact that GX's episode count got changed so many times it wasn't even funny) Budget restraints got the better of them and everything went to poo in the last episode. Gundam series seem to be like that (I sorely hated the ending of 08th MS team and CCA) -

I think he's referring to aircraftresourcecenter.com. He, myself, and a couple of other MW members are also members there. It's a site dedicated to aircraft model builders. -
MJ can dance. Best dancer ever IMO. Amen. "Billie Jean" and "Smooth Criminal" are two cases of the best dancing on video ever. Who cares if Michael is weird? He did good music. I only like a select set of Princes music, but of all of those I REALLY like them.

with Windows XP, it blew up just fine for my desktop as it was... have you tried that? *edit* ok, a SLIGHT loss of resolution... sorry I don't have a larger, clearer version

-Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu -Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu Deluxe -Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu Final (roughly translates into "The Jungle was always fine until Guu came along".... all three of these are immensely funny and full of adult innuendoes. The first series may be hard to find, I think it's been picked up by someone in the US... but I think the other two are still fair game) -Sunabozu (roughly translates into "Prince of the Desert" or some such thing.. I could be wrong. Very funny and very action packed) -Zipang (Very serious by comparison, but still awesome to watch. so far they're only up to Episode 6 or so, but it's like watching "The Final Countdown" only with a Japanese Aegis cruiser instead of the USS Nimitz... it's awesome) -

You haven't? Build their 1/48 F-15E kit... all will be forgiven I'm building their F-4J kit right now (trying to decide if I wanna do it in VF-84 or VF-114 markings...) -

I hear to tell that if you wanna build a good A-10 in 48 scale, Monogram is the way to go..... but then I've never built an A-10, so I wouldn't know for sure. -
If that's the best you have, I'm extemely unimpressed! Right back at ya!

Like Mike, I'd definately like to see a change in Nintendo's marketing and sales strategy. They lost me after the SNES (I still remember hoping and praying that a CD add-on was made for the SNES) and they haven't picked me back up yet. I thrived on sega for about a year after and picked up my first playstation soon after it came out. I haven't looked back since. I owned the NES, SMS, SNES, and Genesis and of the 4, NES/SNES got way more playtime... It wasn't that I hated the other two (in fact, I always had the opinion that the SMS was twice the gaming system that the NES was, although I didn't have any hard proof or facts to formulate that). It was just that Nintendo games had a certain "something" about them that made them more appealing. Admittedly, Nintendo has come a long way in some respects, but I will say that I think they've lost something in the translation and I think Mike picked up on that. Nintendo: Forever the king of the 2D platformer... maybe they should consider a rebirth? (disclaimer: my actual favorite 2D platformer was Castlevania: SotN, but Nintendo pumped out 2D platform games like no one's business)

Def Leppard kicked ass. I feel compelled to add a minor correction to your statement, Mike... Def Leppard KICKS ass. They're far from finished yet!
