WHAT THE DEUCE?!?!? so does this mean the Battle Galaxy transforms, or that there's actualy a battle galaxy at all? I've alway's wondered how exactly the Galaxy as a ship was set up. is the Barney looking ship we've seen so far the whole galaxy (battle and civilian sections) or is it just the battle portion. also if it is the island section, where do people live, in the green disk things?

huh? to make line art? to color with? I cant think of anything that's good AND free. MS paint is the last thing to use. for making line art you really need Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. anything less really won't yield good results. also you can make line art in Photoshop, but it's tedious as hell and not as good, I just do it because I suck at Illustrator.

again I really wish I had a better grasp of things like physics.

well, we did try to put a nuclear reactor on a bomber. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aircraft_Nuclear_Propulsion short version is you can suck air into an engine, and superheat it with a nuclear reactor and shoot it out the back. but it didn't work because if you had proper radiation containment and shielding the plane would be to heavy to fly; and if you don't then the crew gets irradiated, and you end up turning the planes flight path into a fallout zone without ever dropping a bomb.

so they were expecting altos flying style.

how's it hypocritical, we want official subs and to have actual DVD's but we would like to know what is going on in the last two episodes without haveing to wait a year.

well, the EX-Gear IS the seat (it's like a valk, but rather than a robot that turns into a jet, it's a robot that turns into a chair), and I think they just leave the EX-Gear in the plane unless the pilot ejects with it. edit: as for the G compansation thing, to quote the compendium (from the VF-15 entry): the pilots survive high G's through systems that temporarily make the body more resilient to G loads up to a point. beyond that you still die. I think in some way's it works like energy conversion armor, except on your flesh and bones.

not to be a buzzkill, but I'm going to call BS on this until we get a more official source. looks way to much like a tweeked 1/72 to me.

Single engine VFs? In Mac+? I thought those were VF-14's. I honestly think the lack of single engine valks is more of a stylistic choice on the part of SK than anything else. Designing a single engine valk is undoubtedly harder, but it isn't necessarily guaranteed to yield a more complex valk. I really don't think the design is any more complicated than say the VF-9, and I find some of his solutions rather elegant (the way the upper body moves over the cockpit while pulling up the engine for instance)

I have no idea if bandai ever actualy does this kind of thing, but I I would buy the black striped 25 if they made one, I'd also like the purple striped one and one with a Red version of Michel's paint scheme.

that wasn't a war, it was an incident caused by technical difficuties.

the crew was probebly integrated into the frontier population or the military escort. (they may not have even known what was going on. it's possible only a limited number of people on galaxy knew what Grace and Co. were up to). as for the ship, it was probebly scraped and used for part's to maintain the rest of the fleet, or fixed up and put to use but hasn't been shown (I vote for the first option)

this is kind of how I see it. I was alway's under the impression that coloneis are to the NUN as porto rico is to the US; seperate contry, but still part of NUN. and as for the reluctance to call in backup, it's probably because if they did, a NUNS fleet would come in, take over comand of the fleet, and sail it back to the nearest safe location. and leon's little power trip would come to an end.

in theory, it would have 3 engines, 1 big short one in the back for fighter mode, and two skinny one's in each leg for batroid mode. now were have we seen a valk with super short fighter engines and batroid only leg engines? oh right, YF-21
