as someone who already has a VF-19ADVANCE I think the arm cannon, DX compatable missiles, and fold booster make it worth it. the tampo changes, color tweaks and remolded parts are just extras IMO.

lots of sites let you save you're check out info if you're a returning customer. also, a lot of sites automatically put the item on short term hold for you either when you start to check out or (if your lucky) when you add to cart. so even though you're order isn't completed that one unit is being treated as spoken for.

Random thought since I don't really care about Strike Gundam, even if it did go to college: Next year, it'll be the 25th anniversary of the best Gundam series ever, G Gundam. Maybe we can get a Metal build God Gundam?
