    I don't know about improved. this one does split in half like that one ship from star trek though I haven't figured out what the bottom half is but the top is 100% a Magellan-Class battleship with one of the gun booms from the DYRL version of the SDF-1 stuck on the front (they even conveniently colored the two parts differently so you can easily delineate where the two pieces are hacked together). I also recognize those outrigger engines on the top half but I can't put my finger on where they came from.

    no idea about preorders, probably fairly soon though. the two 2-packs are easy buys but the 36 is just... so excessive. And TBH the only really exciting one from the big set is the one with the gun arm.

    speaking of preorders, I recently put in for Hobby Japan's Big stick.     So the stand adapter for my MB Aile Strike just snapped in half. there wouldn't happen to be anyone here who can help me out with some kind of 3D printed replacement?

    Mini disaster has struck and I need some help. The stand adapter for my Metal build Aile Strike just broke. (tab snapped off, why was this piece made clear plastic? ). I'm not sure how familiar you are with Metal build stands but I was hoping you could help me out with a printed replacement.

    The strike gundam takes such a massive hit to it's cool factor without the aile pack.

    I don't understand why everyone hates on Thor 2 so much, I liked it more than the first one and I've thought all the Thor movies have been good (maybe I just like Chris Hemsworth too much? I don't know). I do however find it really easy to pick a worst mcu film, it's The Incredible Hulk. back on topic, I liked Captain Marvel a lot, I'm looking forward to seeing the character more.

    The Zaku looks good but I just can't make myself want it. I'm actually tempted to get that RX-78 though.

    I can't decide if I love or hate the look of the MB EVA. I'm definitely not liking the Crossbone though. I guess I should be glad that MB's can be so hit or miss on the aesthetic side; it saves me some money.
