The Jack Archer YF-1 was the best one for me out of the bunch. Just some excess glue on it. The leg joints were good. I would say if you only wanted to get one, that would be it.

Well, you're not just limited to control pads anymore... Yeah I am PC FPS guy too. But I think Halo too might make me get a Xbox. The last one I played on the PC and the Xbox. I was better with the mouse than the anolog sticks. I hope it does come out for the PC also. With some of the new things they added it should easily be one of the best games of the year.

I have the Bandai reissues and they are worth the money since most are on discounted prices now. I like the decals being painted on. They are solid but not very poseable as a Yamato. Hey it is a 10 year old design. It was great back then.

The only reason I will keep buying more if the Beta is comming out. With the VF-1 MPC's I got them because I knew that the Super Armor would fit all of them when they were released. Then the issues came with the Super Armors. I hope they make a Beta even if it is only a half way decent one.

They only major difference is that Toynami are calling these Masterpieces. Yamato is just having them as regular figures. If I buy a Ford (Yamato) I expect some issues. But when I buy a so called BMW (MPC) the issues should not be there. Even with the issues on the 1/60 and 1/72 I never regreted buying them. I understand too that Yamato's have thier issues but when the last time you seen massive returns on them like the MPC's. Gamestops had to put some of the last MPC's on clearence to get rid of them. I think some got them as low as $10. I guess they are not taking any more chances. I can understand that, I got an Alpha Poseable for $2.50 a few weeks ago at Game Stop. Well since Harmony has exclusive rights to Mospeada worldwide, Toynami is the only game in town.

I thought that was odd too. Even watching the orignal Mospeada and still baffled. Well our glimer of hope for one if made is that the RT The Sentials showed a red Beta being tested. Agreed. It was suppose to come out last summer. A whole year later and we still have some of the same bad QC problems, engineering issues, and worst of all breakage. Less than 48 hours out of box the flap on one of the arm missile covers falls off of mine. I had to glue it back one. I had the some problem too and just learned to live with it also.

Yeah, I also can never get the feet completely symmetrical in fighter mode, no matter how long I spend wiggling them. Graham I had the same issued transforming it today back to fighter. I thought I was not doing it right. Another design flaw.

Yes I would say it is a keeper for me. Got mines today. Minor paint issues. Nice tight joints. The hands are awesome. Unable to get one wing to lock onto cotpit in battloid mode. I face my gun the opposite way so I do not have to remove the clip. This is much better than the VF-1 MPC. Only two design flaws: (1) Landing gear to short which makes chest drag (2) Arm missiles only show half way. Engineering should have caught those.

Don't remind me mine are glued shut. That is the ones that are left. Sorry EXO about the problem you had. I hope to be carefull with the hatches. Per DHL my ETA is tommorrow so I am hoping for the best when it comes.

Just bend the butt plugs and they'll fit right in! Have alot of experience with the butt-plugs do we? But that trick works.

I started to watch the original Mospeada tonight (1-5). It is a lot different. I am realy going to enjoy this. One DVD down and 4 to go. When I get time later I read the interviews. The music so far is cooler.

There where green ones in the series. The only time I saw a red one was in the Sentinals.
