    I was actually surprised at the quality of volume 1, I wasn't expecting it to be so official with quality paper and a fantastic hardcover. As far as the translation goes it's pretty good but every now and then there's a passage that doesn't flow too well. I found the back page particularly funny with instructions on how to read manga. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait for vol 2, I'd definitely recommend this release to everyone.

    I liked 0083 all the way up to the final fight between GP01 and GP02, the series should have ended on that high note.

    If you don't like the red then definitely go for the 19S,F or P. Like Renato said it's one of Yamato's best designs and you should own at least 1. I'll probably pick up another VF-19 before they disappear.

    l'm actually surprised it took three pages to get to the 7/Frontier bashing. Oh and I thought the love triangle of 7 was between Mylene Gamlin and Basara.

    Just a reminder, the first volume of origin will be out March 26 so if you didn't already pre-order a copy get to it. As of now its ranked 3rd on Amazons manga bestsellers.

    I don't think so, the reactive armor was more of a one off test than an upgrade for all VF-0 units. Strapping a ghost unit to the back of the VF-0 was far more effective and could be used with the VF-0D.

    A buddy let me try out tomb raider and it was fun. It is obviously based around uncharted's controls and action segments but that is not a bad thing. My biggest gripe about it would be that when you get the first gun the small amount of tension the game builds up to that point is thrown out the window. Could have used the survival aspect a bit better.

    I hope this kills the always online DRM craze for a while but I highly doubt it. Shame it had to be SimCity to get get thrown under the bus though, I was looking forward to a new one.

    Motormaster looks great so far, my only complaint is that car crash and t-bone should have played a bigger part in the combined leg design.
