I'm glad you caught that too. That crap confused the hell out of me years back. It was one of those moments when you second guess yourself with "But but but but... I thought Gold Leader just died..... then who... or how?". Then just said what the heck and dropped it.

Well, MGREXX looks like an abbriviation for manager of Exxon gas station so..... Anyways, this thread has been derailed which sucks.

You have a life? Prove it by returning to it and leaving this board and never coming back.

I give u Spaceballs: The Collector's Edition
Jemstone replied to bandit29's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
It's about FREAKING TIME!!!!!!!! Anubis, I'm doing the same. One of the few films out there I wouldn't mind getting another DVD copy of. -
I totally dissagree. Events would have played out more or less the same if neither was there, the result of both of their actions are what played into saving the world. Yeah, but you gotta admit that Gendo was a complete dick. What Blaine said. Yeah, Seele wanted to do the same but I think Gendo and Yui were worse over all and the fact the world was saved in the end still does not excuse what they tried to do and the tremendous collateral damage. On Satan as a villian...... Can Satan count for multiple films like South Park and The Exorcist besides End of Days and The Devil's Advocate?

Heh... Man, it's been ages since I seen an Animaniacs reference next to stupid dubbing in Ranma 1/2 with "Hello, Nurse!". Carry on.

Don't be so sure. Blade was rated R so maybe this one will too. If it's kid friendly in anyway it will be too hokey. -

That's too much like my room back in Ma. Systems stacke don each otehr and the TV and draws of carts.... Well, except the Genesis games since I got rid of most of mine. -
The funny thing about this is that the United States FBI started out as a similar task force. They were the sex and decency police respectively (specifcally investigating and controlling public decency laws, prostitutes and their Jons) before evolving far beyond that and into what it is now. I'm not making this up so feel free to look it up if you doubt me. Macross 7 = kiddie (Jenius summed it up nicely about all the panty shots)

Now this is what I call a collection
Jemstone replied to j_wong00's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Not to mention he's also missing a vectrex system and SNES "Jr". Suddenly, I don't feel so bad anymore. I used to think I was bad when I collected stuff and hang onto all my old systems. There used to be a flea market in NH where I scored games easily. Got even a factory sealed SNES Chrono Trigger for just $30 (this was back 2000) and a Lufia Rise of the Sinistrals with everything for just $5. You could say I spent weekends on a gaming shopping spree..... If he's getting the same deal then it's pretty easy task to do. -
I disagree. Nobody will ever top Edo.

I find this just hilarious. Isn't this the result you wanted? Your thread has alsted 5 pages (on my settings) and has somewhat of a flame war going on. As if you didn't know such a topic would spur this kind of an argument. Now you want us to sperad the love? Ridiculous.

Angela Lanberry's character in the original Manchurian Candidiate. Don't you want a mom who's out for herself but pretending to be acting in yor best interest no matter how much you get screwed in the process? Everything else hes been mentioned as fara s live action films I can think of so I'll list the anime ones now. Shishio Makoto from Rurouni Kenshin As far as anime goes he was just evil and determined. He claimed that the fires of Hell burned within him and he was right. Had his own body not failed him he would have gotten his way. Gendo and Yui Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion: All I'm gonna say that if you "got' the whole series and the catalyst of everything that happened you know that these two are the single most selfish beings ever in any media. Evil? Sure since they were willing to sacrfice the world to serve their ultimate selfish purposes (power and immortality) and in the end almost succeeded (but still wrecked the world). Griffith from Berserk Not as selfish as the above two but enough to once again screw the world for ultimate power and even his own loyal to the bitter end Band of Hawks. "Screw" isn't strong enough to describe what he did to them all. Special Case: Saitoh Hajime from Rurouni Kenshin. He wasn't just an anime character but a real life person. All that's really known of him for real is that he was the Shinsengumi's 3rd Captain turned "bad" cop, a badass with a sword that gained the nickname "Wild Wolf", and married to the daughter of nobleman. Other than that his life is shrouded in mystery. Nobody is even sure where he was born but his reputation superceded him. His rep as an able body killer that is. As a result he's become a bit of a mythical person in Japanese history. You just can't top that.

Well, thanks to the form of it, it could be customize and modify the exterior to look like R2 D2. That's the only thing I would see it useful for which isn't much..

what ever problems/debates/issues you have with other members i simply ask you do not draw me into your conversations. you seem to have a beef with me. at no point did i personally insult or attack you. i have reported your behaviour to the mods. do not contact me, do not post messages about me. in short i want nothing to do with you. based on past experience i find you to to be very unstable so i want absolutely nothing to do with you. thank you for your attention on this matter There we go. The example comes up again. At this point nobody can deny that fanboys cannot handle women on these boards. Unstable? Unhinged? Is that the best you guys can come up with? You are by far the most weak-minded fools I've ever seen. I'd like to dare you say that to AgentOne. You equate people's behaviors to that of Nazis and you think you insulted nobody. My point stands. It seems I do have an effect ont he Robotechie. I so much as wave a hand and you all quiver in fear then either run and get your guns like Terry did in this thread or you go crying to mods to help you and then duck for cover when you first said something STUPID. I know Graham doesn't wnat to hera of this sort of thing but it's the truth. It all comes down to chauvanist attitudes rampant on the boards. It's ok to pull tail and run. You don't have the balls to face me. -

Jemstone replied to renegadeleader1's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Yikes! I was considering reading the manga, but now I'm not sure if I want to. Wimp! Yeah, the TV series was very tame. I'm just gonna "Ditto" everything dejr8bud said. -

Sorry, but I could do without Mai Shiranui's mindless bouncing. The only wolf I run with is the Shinsengumi's 3rd Captain. -

Ah, I see now where I went wrong and brought upon my wrath on Harmony Gold. I mean just because I said it's a publicity stunt makes HG the one and only company to have ever done so. All this because I uttered that line. I don't know if I should be flattered or embarrased of having the unfortunate experience of your tomfoolery regarding my remarks, Mr Wannbe Bogard. -
Thanks, Renato and Ogami. With that synopsis it sounds more like a meld of Rahxephon and Eva with a hint of Getter Robo. Still sounds very interesting.

Ok, so Macross 7 was an empty example. Now what was it I said again that singled out HG? You seem to keep missing this small important info. Here's your chance to correct that.
