I agree, When I first saw the monster I thought they were way to short. But, After looking some line art I don't think they are. I'm so used to seeing the long cannons of the original monster, so the Koenig's cannons looked a little funny. I think a pose in Battroid mode would be the test to see wether or not they are to short.

I've also seen these popping up on ebay every now and then.

nub quesiton but whats that one blue jet? Can it transform? I duno what it is about the blue & red ones I just seem to like em more than the other ones What are the jets called again? Valks? Yes. The jets are refered to as valkyries. The blue one is piloted by Max Jenius and it does transform from Battroid to gerwalk to fighter. If youv'e never seen any Macross anime you should go watch it. You won't regret it.

agree! that thing is bugly. The batmobile is supposed to be sleek and sexy. That thing looks like something Mad Max would drive.

Very nice. I wish I had enough guts to try that with a 1/48. I've been thinking about doing a little dry brushing to bring out some of the details on the FPs.

I don't think they will pull the same bull, Haro. Whenever Yamato puts it on their website, it's official that they're currently working on this and you can expect that it'll be released on a future date. Remember the 1/60 fps were listed on there homepage with a survey. I don't guess to many people shared there opinion with that survey huh.

Thanks for doing the Math. Those are impressive numbers. One thing I would like to see that isn't accounted for is: How may MW members who posted the number of valks they have reside in the US? I bet it's more than half, and that alot of money for a company who supposedly doesn't care about the US market. I personally think Shawn and Graham should get more credit from Yamato for this site. (Hint Special Edition MW custom valkyrie). I know for one I would probalby have never even bought the first yammie if it wasn't for Macross World. Come to think of It, all my money would have probably been spent on those horrid MPCs. Thanks MW for money well spent

I really hope you guys are wrong about the monster. But this thing was announced well over a year and half ago. It was supposedly scheduled for release last summer. The last time a thread like this came up, folks also had the opinion that the monster was on the backburner. However, Graham said it was still on the way. Oh well who knows I'll tell you one thing, I want hold my breath over it. I'm still skeptical the konig will make it into production.

I just woke up and went downstairs to find my Mikimoto box wating for me. All I can say is I'm completely stunned. I was not expecting the quality to be half as good as it is. It's one of the most sturdiest boxes I've seen. Plus the Art work Is Great. Mad props go out to the guys who worked on the art. Thanks to Mechamaniac for putting this thing together, and thanks to Paul Champagne for doing the boxes. I'm really considering ordering the mech version now. Now for all you slackers that voted and didn't order. Get your ass in gear and go order one today.

Very Nice! So nice I'm drooling. But, I did take notice on of the red stripes on the tail fins. They should be solid grey. It would be cool to see it with some background graphics, like moving clouds to give it some momentum.
