I felt the same way about 2 months ago, then I re-discovered some old TFs at my parents' home. Have caught the bug since ... trying to complete some gestalt combiner sets from the classic G1 era. Thank goodness for eBay. Then I discovered the TF Alternators line ... amazing! Now my wallet hates me.

Just to play devil's advacate, to be fair to the moviemakers: there are too many TF series/versions out there that will please ALL TF fans. So I'm sure they had to be selective on which TF characters and which versions of them, to use. Mind you, they should never have messed with the classic and popular characters like Prime and Megatron. My 2 cents.

Tell me about it AC Starscream. The last month I've had the TF gestalt bug and have been lurking all over eBay trying to buy classic G1 combiner teams. Then I impulse bought TF Alternator Miriage ... now I feel slowly getting "pulled to the TF dark side". What TF site were you associated with again mate? Is it a good TF toy resource?
