Yeah, the recent TF movie hype has made collecting TFs much more difficult than it was before. Finding Concept Camaro 09 Bumblebee was brutal!!! Finding Masterpiece Starscream at Wal-Mart is going to be a pain in the a$$!!! Frack.

I wonder, will Hasbro continue to ship all 3 waves of the figures from now until Christmas??? Then stop production on 'em and move onto wave 4 after??? Should I just resort to eBay to get the rest of wave 2???? Frack.

Got mine from Target this morning around 9 am. The exclusive was flying off the shelf, there were like 10 people grabbing copies of the DVD. But it looked like they had about 10 copies left.

Had a good haul today - found TF Deluxes Dropkick, LongArm, & Payload at Target today!!! Finally!!! :lol: They are all pretty sweet. I could see Hasbro repainting LongArm as a Classics Hoist next fall. Passed on the lame-o Recon Barricade repaint. Talk about lazy redeco .... I think I've gotten all the TF movie Deluxes that I wanted. Bring on the TF animated series line .....

Stopped into my local Target and once again, found 1 single, beat up 25th anniversary Joe figure left: Lady J. So I picked it up. Man, hunting these items down are proving extremely difficult. WTF Hasbro!!!!

Fair enough. I'm hoping to find one on clearance sometime after the holidays ....

FYI: I've read that the Wal-Mart DVD with the prequel DVD is the single-disc only version, which means you'll miss out on the special edition content of the 2-disc DVD. I'll be getting mine at Target, which is the 2-disc version.

David: I think that Voyager Class Movie Prime is going to be reissued in G1 colours again for the TF animated series line in early 2008. Not sure if it will be completely G1 like, or modified to suit the animation style though.

I've still had NO LUCK finding anymore 25th anniversary Joes ... the peg shelves are always bare. FRACK. But I did manage to find some cool 6" Joes today: Samurai Storm Shadow, Toxic Zartan, and the complete last wave of the Commandos line: Crime Boss Destro, Windfire Cobra Commander, Samurai Snake Eyes, & Dark Ninja Master. They are SWEET. I passed on Dojo Snake Eyes.

Wow. They must have had a lot of free time to work on that. Impressive. As for the favourite TF combiner/gestalt discussion ... my fav is Computron. The first combiner set I "completed", and the team has the most diverse and nice looking alternate modes of the bunch IMHO. I own most of the G1 teams and all the energon combiners. The best of the best team though is Lio Kaiser ... which I would love to own one day. It's funny, a little over 2 years ago, I was re-hooked back in TF toy collecting and it all started with me finding 2 technobot toys I had as a kid, back at my parents' house. So on a whim I bought the other 3 technobots off of eBay to complete Computron ... something I always had wanted to do as a kid. Then I caught the 'gestalt bug' and quickly bought several more G1 combiners. Luckily, before the TF movie hype of this past summer.

Wave 3 is out already??? Frack. I barely have 4 of the 5 from wave 1 and haven't seen wave 2 anywhere ....

Finally found a wave 1 Storm Shadow at my local Target, but again, it was the friggin last 25th anniversary GI Joe figure on the shelf. Card was beat up and damaged, still mint in the bubble though. So now I've found a total of 4 of the wave 1 figures, ALL last one, ALL on damaged cards. WTF?????? Storm Shadow is VERY COOL though.

I can't seem to find ANY of the 25th anniversary Joes at all ....

Finally found TF Movie Deluxe Concept Camaro 09 Bumblebee!!! WooHoo!!! :lol: My local Wal-Mart re-stocked around 12 midnight last night, I just happened to be there and found 2 of him!!! As some reviewers have said, he is a fantastic mold!! Great transformation, along the complexity of an Alternators and he looks good in both modes!! A definite must have in the collection!! For those of you still looking, keep the faith - stores are re-stocking shelves now.
