No more TF rubsigns for Classics 2.0/Universe??? I love them. WTF - that sucks ....

Great video of the MH cyclone - although, I didn't realize that much stuff comes off the toy during transformation. Whoa. And am I reading right: the CM cyclone is perfect transformation?? Meaning nothing comes off??

I love the TF Alternators line. They paid great homage to the original G1 Autobot cars. Yes, I agree they are challenging to transform initially, but you get used to it after a few transformations. And yeah, they are more of display pieces than toys to play with - definitely NOT for kids IMHO. As for the Classics 2.0/Universe Powerglide being an Ultra class - I hope it isn't a repaint of TF Cybertron Wing Saber. Am definitely getting Revoltech Rodimus:

Whoa, wave 8 looks awesome!! Man, this series gets better & better!!! Yep. From what I recall, in the comic issue #2, Kwinn buries the firing pins of the Joes' guns with some bones or something - to help give the Cobra agents a fair chance to escape. In the final panel of the comic, you see SE with the skulls around his neck - indicating that he and the other Joes found their gun firing pins and are hunting the Cobra agents down.

Yeah, I know I should. But I keep reading that the transformation is a PITA big time. I'm procrastinating on buying him ....

Yeah, I've seen this guy lurk around the lower left hand corner of the TV screen when the football game is about to 'go to' or 'come from' a commercial break. Ok I guess ....

Thanks for both the feedback & pics Alpha OTS - mucho appreciated mate! Hopefully Shin is correct and Hasbro re-releases the Darth Maul figure in upcoming SWTF waves. Otherwise I may have to look around eBay for a decent deal on it. So I finally broken down and bought 2 SWTFs last night to get a TF plastic crack fix: the Darth Vader Jedi Sith Starfighter & the Commander Cody Turbo Tank. As many have said - the SWTF articulation in robot mode is pretty limited. But I love the Commander Cody mold in both modes, it's just fun with plenty of gimmicks!! Highly recommended!!

The Star Wars Darth Maul Transformer, is that still available in stores? Or was it released in an older wave? Also, does anyone have the Boba Fett SWTF - any thoughts?

Some of you folks have been mentioning the TF Alternators line ... argueably one of THE BEST TF lines IMHO.

@baronv - FYI: I saw the Cobra Legions boxset at Wal-Mart on clearance for $17 today ... Wave 8 - V2 Roadblock looks cool .... Me neither ....

I hope so, but I doubt it, since I think Hasbro will be releasing some of the dinobots under the TF animated line. And yeah, bring on MP Grimlock!!!

Just curious: so is everyone trying to be a completist with this series, or just buying particular figures? Reason why I ask: I started out thinking I'd only get a select few, then decided to try and complete the originally proposed 15-25 figures Hasbro was going to release for the anniversary ... but now it seems like there's a new wave every other month. It's starting to cut into my TF and Macross toy budgets ....

For me: laziness. And I too, hope they release a Mint figure, along with the rest of the Mospeada crew as well.

Looks like the 'stereotype' version to me .... but many of the other Wave 7 Joes look good!! Also managed to find 2 Cobra Legions box-sets at Target for a whopping $6.24 apiece .... SWEET!!!! Gotta love that post-Dec clearance .... :lol:
