It's an anime CLASSIC IMHO. A great show with a cliche, but still interesting story. Plus AWESOME mecha.

Agreed. No luck with new Joes this morning, but my local stores seemed to have gotten the wave 7 refresher set with Firefly, Zartan, & SE v1. And count me in the group that is also getting tired of constant new versions of CC, SE, and SS. Let's some other characters please ...

I so want to get a Garland ... but everytime I read about a busted shoulder joint, I remind myself to forget it. It ain't worth the hassle to have to replace a part immediately out of the box. Shame though.

Slightly off topic, but since video games were brought up, I remember playing Zillion II on my Sega Master System (it's in my parents' basement somewhere) the low-budget version of Mospeada!! Even though it was based on an anime called Zillion. Zillion II had the cool Tri-formation transformable cycle armour!!! :lol:

I'm fairly certain they will be available at most retail outlets. The problem is, I've found all the 25th anniversary Joes to be a PITA to find at retail period. Stores typically have very little stock, or when I do find 'em, they are usually on beat up cards. Luckily, I am an opener and not really a MOC collector. So I decided to order from HTS, pay the little extra - just to ensure that I at least get 'em. FYI: use "pony10" for 10% off at HTS if you are interested.
