The preview looks nice. I have a feeling ACE:P (VF performance) will be lacking when compared to Ultimate Frontier just like ACE:R is lacking when up against Trial Frontier. I will get it, just for the Nirvash, and hope to be wrong about the VF performance.

No matter how careful you are, when you transform your transformable model paint will chip and decals will tear even with clear coat. Sadly, after time something will break also. Best find the mode you like and don't change.

Looks like no having a save is the only drawback to the demo. I am trying to savor playing it and not having a save kind of sucks since I haven't taken the time to play straight through and can't save any of the skills/scores built up.

My VF-17 is in the box also. Also have the VF-19S that is still sealed in plastic. I looked at them today and wished they would be re-released. Would like to get a couple of VF-17s for VF-171 conversion and pick up a VF-19 Kia.

French, German, Spanish???? So much info can be placed on Blu-ray there no reason not to have some type of subtitles... Or is language being used as a barrier to stop "foreign" sales and distribution. Edit: The lack of subtitles just increases the sales for the bootleggers that make subbed copies.

Trust me Bri you are not a minority. A couple of years ago I had a conversation with HLJ about their shipping. It sucks they have adapted a take or leave it attitude... If they cross enough customers, HLJ will be the one left behind. Best thing to do is save your money over the course of a year then fly to Japan and bring your goodies back as luggage.

I had the orbot and axoid. Those Revel kits were great. I remember that K&B toys always had the "lesser" robotech kits on sale.

Based on quality verses price on recent Macross items, I expect the zipper to jam more than the one on a sleeping bag or a tent. Hate to say it but I doubt that the zipper will be very functional.

Glad I could help. I like to troll for Macross deals even though I am broke. With the 1/60 V2 release all kinds of deals can be found on 1/48's. Too bad LV's don't have serial numbers and we could track ownership like a collectible car. I also noticed that HLJ.com is listing some 1/48's for release.

Wasn't the VFX just a VF without a head and a smooth underside? I'd have to dig the DVD's out of storage to watch the episode/flashback again. I am glad it is being made just wish it wasn't by Yamato since it cannot transform and will be overpriced. Seems like it would be a better project for Hasegawa's 1/48 and 1/72 VF series of models. It a bold move but think it will end up being a bad seller.

Bought the red Q ray and Millia figure set at full price. Didn't buy the Blue Max. Same price for the mecha but have to get the CMS figure? Pre-ordered sale price for all the original tan release destroids. Bought 3 revoltech regults. Doesn't matter. I am not Yamato's target audience since I am not Japanese.

If Alter is a subordinate company of Bandai then they have a history of missing markings. The 1/100 Super Sylph is missing the Yukikaze symbol on the nose.

Yeah, that part of M0 bothered me, also, glad that the floating stones and orchid alien head thing was more disturbing.

Excellent job on the CF GBP. Started to make GBP armor from an old Imai model but the torso of the model was too small. Edit: added photo. Your custom is better with the gray compared to the model.
