No, according to one of the administrators over at TFW2005 who was involved in the production of this DVD it WAS due to royalties.

Yep, they either a) didn't want to track down all of those kids, or more likely b) they didn't want to track them down AND pay royalties.

Ah, the Su-27 doesn't seem so impressive now. Anyone here have any experience with Franklin Mint 1/48 scale aircraft? I'm thinking of getting a few of those to display with my 1/48 CF.

I hope Yamato fixes the issues for Shin's 0A and/or the Roy reissue. I'm getting one or the other. I've decided to curtail my collecting... might even sell off my Stealth + FP. We'll have to see. I just want a Zero that won't fall apart since it'll be the only one I own.

If that wasn't Leoben who was with her when she was with her mom, who was it? The Angel of Death? Seriously I found "Maelstrom" very disappointing.

He's the wrong color. In the anime (the show) he is purple and black. The toys, however, have usually been white. eHobby had an anime colored Astrotrain as an exclusive at some point.

Yeah, I found a site that claims to be the only officially-licensed GENTEX supplier, and the prices were the same as those on eBay. Personally, I'd almost prefer a used/surplus helmet because it'd be cheaper. Plus the used ones have that "sweet" factor to them. I kind of wish I would have jumped on the one that went for $301, but I should really wait until after I get my tax return at the earliest.
