I have some custom valks, and some regulars. I only have one of each, no duplicates. They go in the boxes, and come out, depending on whether or not I feel like displaying them at the time. My wife and I have a collection of Berserk toys, so we alternate between displaying Macross stuff and Beserk stuff. Right now, we're in Berserk mode.

If you take two dogs of equal size, fighting ability and strength and then pull the teeth out of one of them, it's just a matter of time before he loses. Basara is an ace pilot without any weapons. He can't rock & roll Isamu to death. Isamu can shoot him to death.

Viva la 80's! I was a kid running around in neon-colored clothing, riding Powell and Peralta skateboards, collecting garbage pail kids. I still have the Miami vice theme song playing in my head, and I'll never forget the opening credits with the babes in the bikinis. If this movie is anywhere near as good as Collateral, then I wanna' watch it.

It shoulda' been a fight, not a quick "Okay let's get the dying over with" scene. But, don't get me wrong, I still love DYRL. Always will. I'm just anti-roy's-death-scene. Max says Basara is on his skill level?! I guess I need to finish the series... I'll work on it after I'm done with finals next week. I'm at the part where Basara is out in the desert wandering around playing his guitar and Mylene goes after him. The Syvil-obsessed weirdo ends up getting his azz kicked, and I don't remember anything after that so I think that's where I left off. I still think Isamu could whoop Basara. Except in hand to hand combat. Isamu's fight with Guld didn't impress me, but I think he did a great job for a guy recovering from severe injuries. I'm not sure how alike the two are, aside from searching to fulfill some part of themselves: Basara likes music, Isamu likes flying. They both get the babes obviously... Okay now I'm wondering if Guld and Isamu are better pilots than Max??? It's a possibility, I think.

They sure didn't do a very good job of representing Miria killing off Roy in the cartoon. I just watched that episode last week and I figured Roy just got jacked fighting off Q-Raus while Max and Miria were off playing. Well I will say this, Miria sure didn't kill Roy in DYRL. In that, he gets waxed by a Meltran named James. Glad to see people drumming up support for Isamu! Muahahah! Yes, my namesake would have a large advantage due to the fact that he'd be firing live ammo. Plus I doubt he'd be afraid to kill sumfin'. JK about James. I don't know what the guy's name was, but he sure did quite a number on that VF1S's head. Other than the cool head-bash, I thought what ensued was a lame way to kill off the famed leader of skull squadron. Yeah he may have been helping Misa and Hikaru escape but after the crushed head thing I don't think he really had any other options.

Hahahah! Guld was actually picked up and brought to Earth where his remains could be used in a top secret project entitled "Soylent Green." The Soylent Green project was especially useful on Earth after the Zentraedi attacked in Space War I, leaving most animals/plants inedible or dead. Wait... maybe I'm confusing this with some crap sci fi story I had to read for a class in junior high... ADD: So do you think Roy may have had STDs? Maybe that's why he decided to stick with Claudia -- maybe she GAVE him the STDs?! Food for thought. As for Basara's mom being that chick from Macross Zero - that's pretty intriguing. If they ever come out with a tie-all-in series that'd be a nifty twist. I'd like to see Basara's 19 in CG. I also wanna' see Isamu again, since he and I share the same last name. (I'd like to see Isamu Vs. Basara actually) I'd also like to see Mylene b--ch slap Basara Hikaru DYRL style for not paying attention to her during the series.
