I re-heat my vf-25s laser with a hair dryer for approx 1.5 min, and they straighten out automatically. Ever since, they have stay pretty straight. No problem. -

I used a paint brush to do the panel lines. I will try to post more pics of the neck and hip mod in the weekend. -

Hi Guys: Finally got my replacement vf-25s, made some modifications over the weekend, and I am quite happy with it. Thought I share it with you guys: 1.) Vf-25S have a fully transformable extention neck. *Mod made with revotech single ball joint (small) Back of the vf-25s neck have been grind down so that the ball joint fits retract in it during transformation (see pic 4 and 5) Also, with the neck extention, I find it alot easier to transform, because the head does not get in the way. 2.) vf-25F have a hip mod. *I have grind the hip a little bit, so that it can achieve a much more aggresive "A-stance" (see comparison between stock and mod pic 14) Enjoy! The vf-25 looks very good now IMO. p.s. I also find that the vf-25 dx have a waist that is rotatable, and can bend forward. -
Hi, I was wondering if anyone of you have been able to contact ANGOLZ lately? (i.e. after chinese new year) I received a vf-25s from them just before chinese new year, and the item have a broken shoulder right out of the box. I have been trying to contact them, but still no reply after 5 email. Any suggestions?

Nice collection. The 25S looks awesome! Is there some kind of video that shows how to mamixize the neck? -

After transforming mine a dozen times, the right shoulder of the vf-25F is starting to come loose, very loose. Have anyone tried to take the shoulder apart to tighten up the screw? I am guessing the screw is hidden behind the plate that print sms on the shoulder, but can't seem to be able to ply it out. -

I can't speak for everyone. But at least I have both cases happen to me, and honestly the broken shoulder on a VF-1 is much much easier to fix than the VF-25's broken screw. If I can get the screw out, it is an easy fix. However, I have already broken 2 high strength tapping drill trying to get the broken screw out. Plastic is much easier to fix on the VF-1. To be fair, I also have the Alto VF-25, and the shoulder were fine on that one. However, I do notice that the shoulder and knee joint coming loose after playing with it for a while. It is most noticible in Gerwalk mode, which require the most stability in the joints to balance. I actually find the Yamato 1/60 vf-1 more advance in design and have way better articulation. May be Yamato have finally got their act together or because the VF-1 have been done and re-done so many times, but I really enjoy the VF-1. The good thing about having very little metal part is that the joints don't have to be as tight to hold in position, hence, less wear on the joints in long term. What I enjoy about the VF-25 is the ease of transformation, but if the screw were to broke inside the casing, there is no fix. -

Well, my case is a little toughter than yours. My screw broke inside the shoulder casing, and there is nothing to grab on to unscrew it out. To get it out I have to do reverse tapping on a 1.5mm screw that is made out of high strength steel. Not an easy fix. Either that or send it back and wait 5 wks to see another one again. -

Great, waited soooo long to get my VF-25F, and the left arm felt right out of the toy. Upon inspection, it is the screw holding together the shoulder that have broke in half. Can't seem to be able to get it out. I am so disappointed. -
I have a Roy vf-1s, and the shoulder hinge is broken. But it is fine now, with a bit of crazy glue. Actually looking forward to getting my Hikaru VF-1s

I ordered from them right the way yesterday, and the reply I got from them this morning is they WILL NOT have the item in stock until next wednesday. Nevertheless, very good price and cheap shipping. Thank you. My friend in HK also told me that the 2 wave of vf-25 are starting to surface in Mong Kwok in Hong Kong too. -

Hey guys, I have a friend in Hong Kong that is willing to get a VF-25S DX for me. He last saw it at the animate store in Mong Kwok on Friday, but it sold out now (Monday). Can someone tell me where can I still get the 25S (grey one) in Hong Kong right now, or within a week? Thanks -

No, I have talked to the owner of Ultra action toys and Soul of Anime (Cygnie), and he told me that due to the high shipping rate, his vf-25 will be coming in by ship, so won't be in vancouver for a while. Inaddition, he said all the preorders have been sold, and he will not be getting anymore. Evertoys in Crystal Mall MAY get some at the end of the month, but no confirmation from their supplier yet. The only place left is BEANS toys on the third floor of arberdeen center in richmond. The owner (Peter) have confirmed that he is getting an order of 5 vf-25F, and willl be in at the end of the month. I have place my order on one of them.
