  1. Check this sight, it has alot to offer. http://www3.animebox.com.hk/cat_mac.htm
  2. I reside in the hot sunny dessert of Arizona here in the US, where water and electricity are scarce, and our tallest building is an outhouse.
  3. Great deal on that baby! You gonna put it together and share with us?
  4. Bought it, tried it when it first came out. Very dissappointed! It's based on a Mac platform. I had to do alot of tweaking for my PC, still was not worth it. Not user friendly, and does not accept default calibration. I like realism, and this game does offer that , but only as interface is concerned, however the graphics just suck. There are lots of mods for the game, but even still not worth it. For what I paid for the game, I coulda got the Microsoft Flight Sim which has everything, well at least the version I have now (Microsoft Flight Sim 2002), but if there is a newer version then the one I purchased a couple years ago, it has to be better. Demo version available?
  5. Bought it ,played it, its ok as far as diffrent vehicles, but Dessert Combat mod is still the one I prefer. Have not had a chance to play the release one of the jetpack yet, is that any good?
  6. Lots of detail for that sucka, gonna get one for sure, thanx for the link too. And look at that decal sheet..................
  7. So how many is that total for these little surprises in Macross. Thanx for the info, great pickup.
  8. Thanx for the info, and yes I too liked Night of the Living Dead as well.
  9. I know I would love to buy a couple Cat's eye models, regardless of makes em, however you will get alot of resitance from those who already have, as you may have noticed, its always the same ones who currently got one now that say it is "impossible or not worht it", because im sure they want to keep their "investment" secure as possible. When i mentioned my extreme interest right after the order from Tanmen finally came in last year, a couple of friendly MacrossWorld Tanmen Cat's Eye owners gladly offered me theirs (one member $295.00 and the other $315.00). I understand that want to be the collectors of a rare model, or even for profit reasons, but unlike them I like to actually put mine together. So don't let the negative feedback about this great kit pursuade you at all, keep on trying to get it made, or remade, or whatever, let me know if I can help too.
  10. I ordered something from them around Christmas last year, the shipping was faster then HLJ, and a little cheaper if I recall right.
  11. I support this great idea. I have been using Netflix since it first came out, its the best source for no hassle renting and cheaper too. Ill send my request tonight, good idea.
  12. Wow, Streetfighter 2 brings back memories of tournaments at Myrtle Beach. I wonder if this version will capture the same qualities, or a let down like Gran Turismo 3 was.
  13. ...............could care less about politics. Recast or original, I just want a Cat's Eye.
  14. That reminds me, I have to shoot off another letter to Yamato , and ask them if they will please rerelease the Low-Vis for us new to Macross.
  15. Could care less about SpiderMan, but you guys talked me into it. Its actually pretty cool and for 21 bucks at Walmart (got mine last night) you can't beat the price. And there are alot of tie ties to take off, but a good idea to use them as web shooters is actually pretty kewl, so thanx for the info.
  16. Though I must say I do not make alot of posts, even though this is the only I forum I visit daily, I have to say the Cat's Eye you built is a breath of fresh air, and look forward to actually getting mine own one day. Thanx for the pics.
  17. I sure would like to get ahold of one of them Tanmen Cats Eye's. So my wish list is for one of those resin kits.
  18. This poll was done on numorous websites , and the winner everytime was the Christmas Story, which in my opinion is the Best Christmas Special, who could forget the leg lamp the father cherished oh so much?
  19. USMC/10 years/Sgt, my respects to all those who served. Sorry to hear about the misconception about the USMC/NAvy affiliation. As the world knows, United States Marines are the most respected and feared service and even at only 275 thousand strong, has the most presence on any battlefield. So I am sure that anyone who is jealous of our USMC service will no doubt look for reasons to belittle us and not show proper respect
  20. Marine Corp. , ten years (1989-1999) MOS-0411/3043/Recruiter/MSG. Any young bucks out their, I recommend going USMC. Best experience you will ever have. Even if you are 31, Marine Corp can waiver you in. Pay sucks, education is not as great as other services, but you can't put a price on Pride. If you have any questions about joining, pm me, I can answer any question you have. Warmaker, where yah stationed, I bet we came across each other somewhere.
  21. bUMMER, THAT LINK DON'T WORK NO MORE!
  22. I have an actual set, did you want scans of them?
