Has anyone see the movie version of Blue Gender. I picked it up yesterday but haven't had a chance to watch it yet? Is it better then the series? How is the ending? Better then the series I hope cause the ending there made no sense, refering to the events on the space stations. Thanks.

Well reason I said might is that I haven't read them and just have to go by mini-episodes. I didn't care for the Serpent Tail team to be honest but I did like the other team in the Red Astry episode though, especially the main character in that.

I liked the Red Astry mini-episode better to be honest. Though both of them gave off a vibe I felt when watching G Gundam and Gundam X, more X then G to be honest. I liked them, wish they woudl animate the mangas, they just might be better then SEED.

Yeah, OVA 3 is a continuation of the first Tenchi Muyo series, the ones that end with Ayeka and Sasami's father coming to Earth (end of the 2nd OVA). Though it takes place before the Galaxy Police series(GXP) which is in the same timeline but that was released first..

So that's when Bandai bought things. I was wondering that and it does point that they don't like UC if V Gundam was the last series, lets not count G-saviour to reduce bashing or sidetracking the thread). Really they could make a new one but why don't they. They could have even reanimated MSG 0079 but instead we gett SEED. While I enjoy it now, its basicly a retelling of the original series but with more Gundams. The only original parts of the series are like episode 30-39, or around there. The beginning and the end just scream One Year War. I have a strong feeling that after Destiny is released they'll do another SEED series and it will become the new MAIN timeline while UC will be forgotten about or ignored.

I've been watching the new OVA and honestly right now i'm kinda so so about. Looks great and some interesting things are in it but really doesnt' compare with the first two OVAs or the two TV series(Universe and Tokyo, I haven't seen GXP yet) or the Universe series movies. I think this could be why there isn't much of a buzz or talk about the new OVA. True its taking a long time for the episodes to come out but really the only talk I heard about the show was when the first episode was released not really anywhere else after that beside the AIC forums. Even with the first episode, talk as lite on other forums in general, at least from what I've seen and I try to visit several.

I agree there really needs to be more competition. I miss the days when Raw was on Nitro was on. Going back between the two was nice. Personally there were at times when I liked WCW more then WWF. I'm all for hoping that rumor is true.

Doesn't this look more like a Gouf though than a Zaku?

Speaking of Zoids are there anymore series besides Chaotic Century/Guardian Force, Zero, and the latest one that was on Cartoon Network (can't remember its name)? CC/GF were great and I'd love to see another sereis like it.

This really should be a lesson to all not to jump the gun and bash something you haven't seen or already form negative opinions right from the start. I don't understand why people still do that when you can simply stay neutral and wait to form an opinion after seeing it.

Didn't know she did the voice work then again that expansion doesn't seem to get much attention, even when it came out I think. Anyway, not sass, the character is pretty much a bitch, from the when she was introduced but it was understood then. Some 20 years later in the SW expanded universe, she's even more of a bitch but not a 40 something year old one with no people skills. *sigh* Anyway, moving on. Has anyone found any other shots they could share? Maybe of Obiwan or General Gervious?

I just wish we could see Vader right in Episode 3. A fight similar to the against Darth Maul that included Vader woudl be sweet. If the rumor of enhancing the Vader vs. Obiwan fight in Episode 4 is true then maybe I might get my wish, then again.

As the subjects say. What are these two shows (RahXephon and Argento Soma) like? Do they contain plenty of action, deep and engrossing story, romance for the main characters (with a happy or sad ending, I hope happy), drama, etc? Anyone care let their opinions known on these two series? Please keep spoilers limited and clearly labeled and spaced if you must spoil something(good endings of romance are okay but give clear and plenty of space before spoiling). Thanks

I so wish I could play these games. Seriously even if the anime isn't out I'm sure these woudl sell here in the states and everywhere else. Anyway the girls in the new ending are Sakura, Tenten, Ino, and Hinata. I was really looking forward to what was said in the secret meeting place as well in the manga. Hopefully they'll let us know what went on. I can't get enough of this series. I seriously have to mod my GameCube( the Naruto games are on that right?).

How many episodes is the series going to be? Also how well is the show doing? Will there be a sequel series simialr to how Sailor Moon R, S, SS and Stars were released as the manga went on?

Yukikaze is great but its taking a long time to come out, like Macross Zero and the new Tenchi OVA. Though the last two (Zero and Tenchi) are suffering from the same thing though. Both are dragging and have gotten boring. Tenjou last time I checked had a lot of fan service in it and I really have to be in a certain mood to watch it. I did check out Scryed and Tokyo Underground. Pretty good series but with horrible endings in my opinion. Maybe I'll finish up Final Fantasy Unlimited and maybe check out Hunter x Hunter or Lodoss War TV. That should be low in price now. I only have the original OVA and the Legend of Crystania movie, want to check out the rest but never got around to it. Shame, I was hoping he wasn't dead. Oh well. I really wish they would say if Kira was in the new series. I didn't care for Athrun at all, evne with all of Kira's crying and rightfully so at times he was a FAR better character. If they do bring him back I hope he isn't reduced to a short role or a simple cameo.

I don't remember the exact number but I was in the low 20s. Granted not that long in the game since I've had higher level characters in the other games but I didn't stay that long. I had a few lower level characters as well while I was trying out the different classes and options.

Well I played the game for a month, gave it a fair shot like all games and feel I did get $40 bucks that I payed for it out of it. After the first two weeks though things got boring really, really fast. Not frustrating like other mmorpg I mean I for the first time actually got bored and that surprised me. Usually I get frustrated with the gameplay, tired of waiting for groups and dying but not the case here. Doing the same thing over and over again, missions after same mission, fighting other heros for thugs to fight got to me. I loved flying, jumping off buidlings or fighting in the air but that gets kinda trying and losses its appeal after a while. I didn't think it would. Maybe if there was more to do things might be better. I have to say, even though I enjoy RPing in games I like collecting equipment, visiting different cities, etc. Maybe I'm just not that big on superheros. It was a lot of fun and easy to get into which I really enjoyed but it was just something about that made it boring.

I have to say, when I first watched Gundam SEED while it was coming out it was a turn off. I didn't care for it. Since watching it on Cartoon Network on Saturday's I've decided to give it another chance. That and I've really been looking for a new series to get into cause the way two of my favorite have been going (Star Wars EU, Robotech) I've decided to look for greener pastures so to speak, at least for the time being. Anyway since going in with a new outlook and watching all 50 episodes plus the 5min OVA I've grown to really like the series but it sucks that a few of my favorite characters in the series ended up dying (Mwu, Kruz, Flay). Anyway since the special editions as talked about on www.mahq.net are sort similar to the condensed movie versions that MSG, Turn A Gundam got and now the Zeta movies that will be coming out, I'd really like to check them out and see what changes were made, if things were made clearer. Like how Char shown alive at the end of MSG movie was added cause it wasn't clear in the series. Going by screens and info about SEED Destiny I'd hope they'd make it clear if Kruz died or not. For being such a major character his death was far to quick and happen really fast while all the other deaths in the show of main characters were slow and emotional somewhat, even the later Gundam pilots. His went by like it was nothing and that really has been bothering me. Anyway I remember MAHQ saying that two episodes were released in March. Have any others been released and have they been fansubed?

Goes back to what Maul said in TPM. From being beaten in the past I guess their revenge doesn't really take form or shape until the events of Episode 3. With Anakin turning into Vader. Palp becomong Emporer, forming the Empire, killing the Jedi, etc.
