  1. All I will say is that it's not just about winning the throne. From what we have seen so far, they're leaning heavily into the relationship between Rhaenyra and Alicent a lot more. Can kinda see how that will still be a factor with the story yet to come, but not sure how it will tie to the ultimate conclusion.
  2. Thrawn's back. There's some directions they could go with the overall story. . . with Mando caught in the middle. I'd like to see Thrawn one-upping/out-smarting the New Republic and tie it heavier into the political issues at Nevarro or at Mandalore. Then with that background in place, you can have Mando and Grogu get caught up in some adventures.
  3. You think you some kinda Jedi waving your hand like that. Jedi mind tricks don't work on me. Only quality-made products (like your SOC line). . . . And smartly engineered items. . . . And a preorder window that last longer than a fart.
  4. So, Season 3 will be rise, then God’s Eye? And Season 4 will be downfall, return, and the close and epilogue to the Dance? Seems to be the most logical set-up from my limited knowledge of the books and for the actors/characters they’d like to hang around.
  5. Hik’, ditch the one in your left hand, and play “house” with the other one.
  6. So just for gits and shiggles, I looked to see when Toynami first showed off its Beta prototype and when the bastard was finally released. * First prototype shown = Summer 2005 * Actually released = December 2008. C’mon Sentinel, don’t keep us waiting!
  7. You would hope we’d see a colored prototype soon. Feels like we’ve been waiting for Sentinel’s Tread just as long as we had to wait for the Toynami Beta. EDIT: 2.5 years since they showed the initial prototype.
  8. Carson Teva, while not exactly a main character, is another character that’s been written consistently. Competent and experienced pilot, who has a good sense of right and wrong and knows when to let things slide/go outside the usual channels.
  9. Luke is better with the redhead by his side:
  10. Well, if you have to deal with a crap-ton of multiverse shenanigans, I’m pretty sure you’d want to drop a number of f-bombs too. Either out of frustration or exhaustion.
  11. Hmm, last I checked Princess Leia wound up grabbing a gun and doing just as much to rescue herself from the Death Star. Oh, and she didn’t need anyone’s help in straight up killing that giant pimp-slug. Again, it comes down to the characters and the story you tell.
  12. Isn’t Green’s armor/shield thingy supposed to go on the shoulder and NOT the forearm? 🤷🏽‍♂️
  13. Meh, always viewed Section 31 as the bastards that did the dirty work to keep Starfleet and the Federation “protected.” Like “Eff your morals and ethics. If diplomacy ain’t working, we’ll do what needs to be done to keep our side successful. AND we’ll do it ‘quietly,’ so none are the wiser.” Which is the exact opposite of what this trailer is trying to promote.
  14. Finally caught the film. It was enjoyable. Still find the first one to be the best, but this one is better than the sequel. I actually enjoy the meta commentary about post-Endgame films, multiverse stuff, and the forgotten films.
  15. First couple of episodes were trippy because of how much everyone aged (in real life). But I suspect Cheesy as always, but shows a lot of heart.
  16. Oh please, I'd be totally using the Force to randomly grab stuff juuuuuust out of my reach. I don't think the Jedi po-po is gonna come calling for something so minor and trivial. And yet, we never see Osha do one damn thing that shows any sort of Force skills. And then magically, she's able to Force choke Sol? Maybe if she had mentioned unlocking something or feeling more powerful after putting on Smilo's helmet I could maybe be convinced. But AGAIN, bad writing and not enough for us to give a damn about the characters.
  17. The problem with Osha is that all we know is that she’s a mechanic who had some Jedi training. Yet not once did we see her use any sort of Force skill, other than in the last episode. You mean to tell me she never would use the Force to shove Mae or to defend herself during any of the events that happened in this show? Ahsoka left the Order, but it’s not like her skills magically went away. She still could use the Force when absolutely needed. Again, bad writing and didn’t fully flesh out to the twins’ characters.
  18. I’d rather see more of that prototype Bandai showed off a few years ago. . . . And would hope and pray the usual SOC crew are the ones designing it (not the one that did another recent Macross release ).
  19. Guess no one is interested in the TV-Style SDF-1? Wake me when Bandai decides to actually go forward with that. . . . . . And demonstrates that the main guns can hold together solidly.
  20. Yeah, there’s definitely some dog-poo level stuff from the Filoni animated shows, but some of the best Star Wars moments to ever grace the screen have also come from those same shows.
  21. Part of the appeal of the -17 for me is that it’s derived from the stealth fighter, which looks different enough from all the other Macross fighters. It also helps that the -17 looks like a tank of a beast in battroid mode. The -171 has appeal because its cannon fodder variant has a nice unique teal color that no other valk has. Such a nice change of pace from all the white or grey hero valks we often see. Do agree with you about the Yamato and Bandai versions having issues though.
