  1. Back in the 80's, Mattel KNEW Falcon would one day get Cap's shield!
  2. When you mix the music with the action on the screen oh so perfectly. Forgot about it for awhile, but one of the best starts to a film in a long while:
  3. If they’re sending it by boat, it seems like average shipping time has been about 10 weeks, based on everyone’s anecdotal experiences getting stuff from Asia. I’m assuming you’re in the US?
  4. Looking over that thread link again, a true 1/18 scale MF would be a monster. The sheer size of it would probably be a detractor. Plus, there’s a bunch of challenges that would have to be solved where the interiors don’t exactly mesh with the ship’s exterior. And to get anywhere close to the level of detail that rouge1 was putting into his custom, I’m scared to ask what Hasbro’s asking price would be.
  5. Actually, I was referring to this build up: https://forum.rebelscum.com/threads/scale-millennium-falcon-wip.1003955/ Hasn’t been updated for the past two years, but the amount of details was insane.
  6. Yeah, there was a guy who was building an accurate 3.75” scale Falcon, and it was pretty massive (makes the BMF look tiny in comparison). If the Razor Crest was accurately scaled, it would have two floors. But even at this reduced scale, it still makes a nice display and would probably look passable if you display it being chased by two X-Wings.
  7. This is the way. I have spoken. . . erm, backed. Mando in Beskar armor (hopefully rocking the signet), Baby Yoda, and the Razor Crest all in one shot. It'd be nice if they add a few more accessories, but I'm cool if this is what we get.
  8. If they get to 10,000 orders (already above 8k), Baby Yoda and pram: https://hasbropulse.com/products/star-wars-the-vintage-collection-razor-crest Getting tempted to pull the trigger now.
  9. Here ya' go: A couple other shots I took over the years:
  10. For the visual learners amongst us: These guys: Minus: Minus these guys: Plus: Plus: = My 10 Macross Items.
  11. Bellyplates still need to be fixed. Looks completely wrong for battroid mode. And still don’t know how well this will pull off Gerwalk mode.
  12. I only got one: a simple Protoculture love song. When combined with a teen idol’s singing talent and retranslated using Yak, Deculture, it’s effects can be tide-changingly destructive.
  13. 1). Custom Yamato 1/60 YF-21 2). Custom Yamato 1/48 Stealth VF-1J 3). Custom Matchbox 1/3000 TV SDF-1 (noticing a trend here?) 4). Yamato 1/48 Hikky VF-1J w/GBP-1S armor 5). Yamato 1/48 TV Max VF-1A 6). Yamato 1/48 Roy VF-1S 7). Yamato 1/48 Milia VF-1J 8). Yamato 1/48 Max VF-1J 9). Yamato 1/60 Milia Q-Rau 10). Bandai 1/55 Re-issued Roy VF-1S (technically, it’s the kiddo’s now. But it is out on display). If it’s out on display, it made the cut. The more it was customized (including panel-lining), the higher it was generally ranked (though it’s not an absolute). For reference, I’ve got the 1/60 Yamato Plus boys (19 and 21) and a Version 1 Yamato 1/60 DYRL Max 1A too. But they’re still up in the attic.
  14. What a cruddy stretch goal. Could have been some carbonite blocks or Kuiil or a Blurrg.
  15. Welp, they have those unlockable goals, so we’ll see. It’s tempting to get the Razor Crest, Beskar Mando, and The Child all in one shot. It’d make one hell of a display.
  16. Definitely won’t fit in a Detolf. But still quite tempting. Already confirmed Beskar Mando will be included. If they add in Baby Yoda and his pram. . .
  17. Same Rex they released some years back but now in the vintage cardback packaging. Would be nice if they if they used the new ARC trooper mold. Or at least updated so that it’s a removable helmet. No pics of the Incinerator Trooper from The Mandalorian?
  18. I’m the opposite: I’m practically pot-committed to the 3.75” line, and it’s kinda hard to troop build and display a massive crew in the 6” line. Excluding ARC Jesse, ARC Echo and Fives should have been made a long time ago. Just a massive backlog of figures that should be made for both Clone Wars and Rebels.
  19. ^^Hasbro Exec: “Okay, we’ll give you one version of Cobra Commander . . . with his updated look. And one version of CC with a hood. And one version with gold weapons and red and black color scheme. And one version in battle armor. And one version in ceremonial gear. And one version with a vac-metal mask. And one version for the alternate universe where Destro becomes the Cobra Commander. And one version for the timeline where Duke’s evil twin is actually Cobra Commander. And one version . . .”
  20. No, but he may need to choke a low-performing escorter of profits.
  21. Got my order in for the 501st ARC troopers set. Those Bandai pre-order nights got me prepared for this, but it went relatively smoothly. Considering all the crapping I throw Hasbro's way, they actually had their website ready for the extra traffic and did things to limit the scalpers.
  22. Looking forward to seeing this done chunky style. I've seen the 1/48 versions, but I don't think I've ever seen it done with the 1/55's. In regards to the custom above, it's pretty crazy to see all the work you put in on this Hikky 1J.
  23. I didn’t see anything new in the 6 inch or 3.75 lines. Would be nice if they packed a 3.75 Mando in Beskar armor along with Baby Yoda.
