  1. Okay, just finished the rest.
  2. So, just ripped through the first five eps. A little cheesebally in parts, but good to see them resolve some issues here and there. Random thoughts:
  3. Happy New Year! Raising a glass to all you spoony bards!
  4. Why not both? If you have to pick one though, I'd be Team Mary Ann. Farmer's daughter; humble; can cook and clean and still look relatively hot?
  5. Pretty sure Leia "choked a bitc. . . . umm, Hutt" before the Sail Barge went boom. Choking fools that cross her. . . . yup, she's Daddy's little girl!
  6. It might have something to do with posting the pic onto the Macross World gallery first, and then linking to the gallery pic. Unless it's something Macross related, I personally skip the extra steps and just attach the pictures directly to my post. If you're posting a pic from an iPhone, you usually get the option to select what size you want to upload before it creates a thumbnail/picture for the board. The board still shrinks the eventual pic, but it's one way to futz around with the pic size.
  7. “You have something I want. . .”
  8. They also already have a couple of them that have directed eps of The Mandalorian too in Bryce Dallas Howard and Deborah Chow.
  9. I'm sure I've posted these before, but: And probably one of the most brutal fights where the Darksaber was involved (MASSIVE spoilers):
  10. Most of the episodes involving the Darksaber in Clone Wars and Rebels are actually pretty damn good. The first few arcs are kinda dumb (pacifist Mando's? ), but then the subsequent stories get good. That's why a bunch of us were giddy like schoolgirls during the Season 1 finale: there was already a lot of story and lore told where the Darksaber was involved. So, it was cool to see the weapon make a jump into live action.
  11. Yah, it’s a lightsaber made by a guy who just happened to be both a Mandalorian AND a Jedi. So, as @Dobber mentioned, it has historical and symbolic significance to the Mandalorians.
  12. Revenge for what? Cutting his favorite rifle in half? He had Luke dead in his sights, until that stupidly lucky nerfherder hit the On switch on Boba’s jetpack.
  13. Not mine. But someone got way too much time on their hands:
  14. http://www.rebelscum.com/Slave-I-The-Vintage-Collection-Amazon-Star-Wars.asp Not at all up to scale, even for 3.75" figures. But bigger than the old Kenner one and looks like you can squeeze three figures into the cockpit area. EDIT: Seven years later, and they more than doubled the original price.
  15. . . . And they're re-re-releasing the larger Vintage Collection Slave I. https://hasbropulse.com/products/star-wars-the-vintage-collection-boba-fett-s-slave-i-vehicle
  16. Bonus points for the guy playing it on an actual church's organ:
  17. Caught up on Season 5 of The Expanse released so far. Yeah, this will be a different experience than binging through a whole season's worth of shows. Will feel like I'm in the Slow Zone with the speed limit kicked in. Also, thanks for the warning @sqidd. Didn't upset me too much, since this has been how the show operates for awhile now.
  18. I was actually referring to Boba flying around in Slave I. His flying away makes the subterfuge a little more convincing. But if he came back a little later, he could have picked off some huge obstacles. But in the process of doing that, he and Slave I would have took some shine off of that later “moment.” Yeah, plot contrivance. But semi-reasonable excuses can be made. <Typing off the phone, so trying to not get too spoilery.>
  19. @jvmacrossHe delegated that work to Fennec. Besides, having him loiter around or come back would defeat one of the big reveals. He would’ve been like an A-10 Warthog loitering and picking off well armed ground soldiers.
