The official video’s a “tad” risqué, but the song itself is a swanky little rocker.

Marvel Studios TV Shows and Animation on Disney+

Welp, that was a middling ending. Just set-up for future stories, but didn’t really resolve this actual story soundly. Feels kinda like Age of Ultron where the movie itself was weak, because it has to serve all sorts of different masters to get characters to where they need to be for their own individual movies.- 1403 replies

But your original response with the Schrodinger's Cat analogy is crap, because it's not two mutually exclusive events: you get BOTH nameplates. You can observe BOTH of them in the box at the SAME time. It's not an dead Golion OR an alive Golion. Or a proverbial Golion OR Stoplion. It's a Golion nameplate AND a Voltron nameplate, regardless of whether you purchase the Japanese or American release.

Then why buy it at all, if it’s just sitting in a box? Bottom line: if you’re worried about there being any differences between the Japanese and American releases (with the actual toy inside, NOT the box itself), there ain’t any differences.

It may not have the extra slip-cover, but the Japanese releases had both the “Golion” and the “Voltron” nameplates for the weapons display stand.

They tried to send the game’s code to Nintendo using a Cat’s Eye transport. But the Zent’s kept blowing the plane up.

I wouldn’t go so far as to call Battlecry a dumpster fire. A middling game with some annoyingly crap levels? Yes. But nowhere near dumpster fire levels. Now, Robotech: Invasion? Yeah, that’s definitely a smoking, steaming poop, 5 alarm, Grade A dumpster fire.

Bandai’s preorder process is utter garbage at this point.

Looks like it’s the exact same release they did the previous two times. Same accessories and everything. Just be ready for the “typical” Bandai pre-order insanity.

I’m just itching to see when Sentinel will show off a colored prototype for the Bartley ride armor. Though, I wouldn’t be surprised if they go with the Iota(?) Legioss first, since it just needs a different head and probably a tweaked bike.

Well, considering they had their 12 colonies utterly annihilated, it’s understandable why they would have some “angst.” Give BSG credit for taking an established franchise and giving it a crapload of depth and development. Instead of devolving into something like Star Trek Voyager, it gave us some good stories and gave us characters with some depth, where even the good guys did some questionable actions. And they may not have had a full ending planned out, but they ended it well enough for me.

Thanks for posting this. Most reviews back in the day called the Evolution Toy version crap. But it was nice to see exactly WHY in jenius’ comparison.

Ron Moore’s BSG would like to have a word with you. Don’t get me wrong: I’ve been enjoying The Expanse, and it’s definitely up there with all the best sci-fi TV series of all time. But I’m not ready to give it the top crown just yet.

I hear they're gonna add another carbonite block to the Razor Crest. Supposedly of a former Rebel soldier turned New Republic marshal. . . . . . . . . . . . . Too soon?

Oh. . . no, no, no! Phantom Menace is definitely pretty crappy. Jar Jar is annoying as hell, and Anakin's whole final space battle is almost a mirror of Luke's trench run. But TPM has Duel of the Fates. And if you've seen the explanation from Dave Filoni, he really explained why the events in TPM are so key. I still think TPM isn't good and am a disciple of Machete Order (IV, V, II, III, and VI. Leave out I), but I understand and appreciate what TPM was trying to accomplish. On the other hand, AOTC failed on a TON of fronts. Totally failed on the romance plot, especially Padme's motivation for liking Anakin. Too much saying stuff instead of SHOWING it or demonstrating it through the characters' on-screen actions (Anakin didn't seem all that great of a Jedi, very few scenes of Ani and Obi having a father-son or brotherly relationship). Non-exsistant banter or crappy banter between the characters. "I hate sand." CGI battle-fast that makes minimal sense when you really analyze it (Okay, save Jedi's. Then what? Go after Dooku? Then why send only two Jedi after him, especially the two Jedi that were probably the most taxed out of everyone?). Padme's fall off the ship, then merrily jaunt during the final battle. The bones of a good movie are there for AOTC, but it failed on way too many fronts and emphasized the wrong things.

I'd probably drop out Spider-Man 2 (too much sequel-itis: bigger action sets, bigger dangers for the hero, bigger everything. Plus, I personally think the first Raimi Spider-Man had a better story than the second one) and replace it with X2. Crazy good intro with Nightcrawler utilizing his powers to the absolute fullest. Wolverine fully, violently cutting loose in the mansion. All the little "burning bird" references making you think "They're not teasing the Phoenix are they?!" A story far better than the first movie's. You could probably also throw in Captain America: The Winter Soldier too. But the MCU films are a little trickier to judge.

Just right time and right place many years ago. One of the guys that used to post here a long, long time ago set up a group buy on his own message board, and I was able to get in on one. Plus, seeing all the customs being made and posted here back then gave me the itch to do my own slight minor custom. If you do get the full Stealth set, be ready to see a MASSIVE box. It may not be a mini fridge, but it’s still pretty freakin’ huge.
-
When you want to remind the Zentradi how many Regults and Glaugs you’ve taken down: Figured it was time to crack open the mini fridge box, break out the other super pack (rocking the @Anasazi37 stickers), and switch out the strike cannon:

Nice. It still trips me out that Sentinel makes it so that the yellow parts on the sides act as the “eyes” for the Legioss. So used to the front blue being a visor or eyes on the Zeta.
