  1. ^^Oh yeah, I feel ya! That's how I would draw Voltie as a kid too (with Red connected from its side). Looking at pics and vids now, it's debatable. But yeah, I like having all those options in the SOC.
  2. Sorry I didn't see this earlier. I posted some pics on the previous page where you can do a wide open roar on Black Lion (in lion mode) and still not see where Voltron's face is hiding. But addressing your question above, you can see how the head looks in combined mode. Kinda hard to see where the lower teeth are, but they're there: The pic above also shows that you can move Red Lion all sorts of ways to position the arm any way you want. I'm a little leery about the shoulder connection point on the Blitzway: it's a little high up, whereas the SOC version is dead center on the shoulder. Seriously though, the posing options on SOC are sick.
  3. You could twist the Bandai SOC’s forearm into that position.
  4. Sorry, just not feeling some of the choices made on this version.
  5. Honestly, I forgot most of the key stuff with Hera and her dad, other than that there was tension between them. . . . And that Chop was pulled out of a wrecked Y-Wing. Hera being a damn good pilot has been hammered from a variety of Rebels eps, so that was kinda hard to forget.
  6. Considering she and Kanan are just pups right now, I can see Hera losing the accent after a life out on the fringes, talking Basic with a bunch of different species and folks. Lotta people know how to "code switch" in real life. So, I don't have an issue with Hera having a Twi'lek accent right now in Bad Batch. Especially since it's not like she's been off of Ryloth for any significant time.
  7. My SWAG (“Scientific/Speculative Wild-Ass Guess”) about Howser:
  8. And for another series. . . . Thanks for the gut-punch in the feels, Dave: It’s definitely filler, but one that was nicely executed.
  9. Looks like the edit button has disappeared from posts we’ve made. I know a lot of folks in the For Sale section use that feature to update their first post, either when they change prices or get items sold. EDIT: Thanks, @azrael! WHY DO THEY CHANGE THINGS JUST FOR THE SAKE OF CHANGING 'EM?!!?111/??? 😁
  10. She's gonna say, "He's no good to [us] dead" in a Kiwi accent, ain't she? 😁
  11. Just remember the Yamato’s cockpit pivots lower on the nosecone for battroid. But the pics we’ve seen of the Bandai battroid don’t show that same feature. . . . and because I like to : FIX THE DAMN BELLYPLATES’ DESIGN!
  12. So, Rebels is chronologically before Bad Batch?!111!!!1!!! Holy time paradoxes! 🧐🤪
  13. Everyone takes a shot every time we see an anime trope during these stories!! Worst case scenario: we’ll drunk off our gourds. Best case scenario: we’ll have seen some good stories meshed with some crazy visuals. . . AND we’ll be drunk off our gourds!! 😜
  14. Technically, there’s more 3.75” KOTOR figures out there. But Zaalbarr is an absolute TANK in the game. Ditch the bowcaster, max out his strength and dual wield stats, give him two swords, and watch the magic as he tears through enemies. Plus, he has some good side plots, both good and “Sith-y” 😈
  15. I don’t think it’ll be the ultimate Voltron. It’s got some design choices that may rub folks the wrong way (Green not looking cylindrical in combined mode, the wings looking a little undersized). And although it looks like they have all the individual lions’ weapons, we haven’t seen the secondary weapons for the combined mode (the spear or the shield). Not saying the SOC version is perfect either. But it’s a tough act to follow.
  16. ^^Our experiences with Bandai’s preorder processes for their Voltron releases and other SOC items would seem to indicate otherwise.
  17. It’s as if someone took the concept of Bespin, threw in some Kaminoan design flourishes, and tossed in some Alien/horror movie atmosphere. Regarding the ongoing story, I really hope Also, nice to see that they showed us why Fennec is a formidable bounty hunter. We know she’s a vicious sniper from Mandalorian, but this ep. demonstrated some of her other skills.
  18. slurmty crap frakks a-holes! Censors still seem to be working.
  19. The dialogue’s been fun and snappy. Mobius is a fun foil for Loki (though it’s weird that I never noticed that “divot” in Owen Wilson’s nose before.) Also, I’m curious as to what motivations are. Though given Marvel’s propensity to have 99.99 percent of its villain be just a twisted reflection of the hero, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised at who the villain turned out to be.
