  1. I don’t think the poll has enough options. I’m perfectly fine with the general rule of thumb we’ve got going, where we spoiler tag certain comments until a “reasonable” period of time has passed. Sometimes discussions are ongoing in a thread, so to suddenly have to avoid a thread just because a new ep premiered is kinda annoying. Plus, real life events/circumstances might delay us from watching the new ep, so spoiler tagging stuff just seems like a nice common courtesy. Besides I like the creativity it forces me use. It’s easy to say you like or hate an episode or movie, but you don’t want to be that dick that spoils any big surprises.
  2. I suspect there’s more to that flashback than what we saw. Wouldn’t be surprised if Grogu already went a little dark side. There is precedent. However, I like what another person proposed instead: what if Luke is testing Grogu? To see if he has the proper balance regarding attachments? Like Grogu does miss Mando, but he knows that it’s important to continue his training. So, in the end Luke imparts a bit of wisdom AND let’s him keep the chainmail and the saber.
  3. That monster Tomcat would have been worthy of a Haslab, but Hasbro gonna Hasbro.
  4. I know it’s a ton of pages to go through, but there’s a bunch of good tips buried in this thread about transforming and handling the Legioss. Sentinel did take some novel approaches to improving the transformation and to compacting the fighter mode better than previous renditions.
  5. Wings on the Blitzway are too small (the angle in the above pic is skewing to hide that difference). Green looks too similar to Red and lacks that cylindrical look we’ve all grown accustomed to. And for some of us, additional leg covers, pilots, and light up features aren’t enough to justify a doubled price. Again, you can like what you like. But it’s just not my thing.
  6. That pic comparison makes me realize how small the stock main guns on the old TV 1/3000 are. I remember wanting to go after that massive 1/2000, but not at the old asking price and not for the DYRL version (always been partial to the TV version).
  7. What do you mean “Straighten your legs”? Let’s see your stance after riding a Blurrg for 3 days straight?! . . . I have spoken!
  8. Still not feeling some of the design choices made. But would be curious to see how posed out the lions and Voltron can get. Other than the leg covers and adding the pilots, the poseability (I’m guessing) is what will determine if this is worth the US$700 charge.
  9. Fennec Shand just gave you a scowl. 😜 I would have enjoyed this as a Mando ep, much more so than an “average” ep. Flashbacks to Mandalore’s Night of a 1000 Tears. A bunch of interesting cameos. Hot rodding and tons of callbacks to lore, including Mando lore (pun intended). But yeah, the way he handled that bounty and his associates/employees made me go, “That’s how Boba should be acting!”
  10. Well, that goes without saying! But what if you prefer his look from Mandalorian over his BOBF look? In any case, I would rather get Stormies with exploding armor (when it makes contact with a gaffi stick) than a couple of bucket heads. I’m mean, c’mon Hasbro, give me an “excuse” to justify the higher price.
  11. Target “exclusive.” For that price, they better include the gaffi stick, the Tusken rifle, and a couple of Stormies with exploding armor bits. Or if they wanna be accurate to the actual episode , replace the Stormies with Migs Mayfield in disguise.
  12. Yeah, the article pretty much hits the nail on the head. The other issue, that I’ve mentioned before, is that the show is stuck in one place. Yeah, you have different locations in Tatooine, but the show’s stuck on this one planet.
  13. Been YEARS since Jabba’s sail barge blew up. . . . . . And Jawas haven’t picked that wreckage clean of all its scrap?!! What a horrible inaccuracy! 😜
  14. Not safe flying or good luck. . . But Good Hunting, or Tenye Wa Chesh Gut!
  15. I held off on getting the blue Eta (since I already have two copies of the Toynami. . . . I know ). But the Zeta’s all-red scheme, slightly different gun, and all the positive reviews made me take the plunge. The pink is definitely that bad in-hand (Toynami on the left, Sentinel on the right): . . . which is why I had to paint the figure (and bike too):
