Arguably one of the best. RIP

Would the old baking soda and superglue trick allow it to bond to the plastic? It’s been my recent go-to when the glue alone doesn’t hold or stick.

I figure they’ll drop it on Max eventually, as that’s where all the Adult Swim stuff was before.

🤷🏽♂️Yeah, anyone not rooted in the Venture story would have no clue what’s happening. Please let this be available for streaming.

In fairness, one was part of an Amazon exclusive (Bad Batch 4 pack. . . featuring NONE of the Bad Batch). But it is the same damn character. . . just with the “correct” name (or the name they actually went with in the actual show that aired).

My only experience is with the Zeta. But it’s easily the best Legioss/Alpha toy out there. Toynami’s diecast in all the wrong places make the Alpha difficult to pose. CMs Legioss can’t turn its head. Evolution Toys rendition has annoying issues. So by default, Sentinel’s is the best. BUT give them credit for compacting the fighter mode. And for coming up with a design change that keeps the nose cone from hanging so low in Soldier mode.

All those pics I've snapped of the Zeta, and I must have forgotten or not noticed the blue HUD display in the cockpit.

Well, it could be worse. . . . . . . . you could be waiting almost 40 years for an updated 1/3000 TV-style SDF-1.

So, finished the third (and possibly, final) season of Ted Lasso and took some time to let it sink in. Season 3 had some funny scenes and those signature “kick you in the feels” moments. But it is fair to say that some of Season 3 felt a bit uneven. Even with the longer runtimes, Nate’s arc could have used an extra scene or two to better connect the dots and the plot through lines. Also, Keeley’s story sometimes felt a little too disconnected from everything else. But overall, it ended fairly well. Season 2 was definitely better, and I consider it one of the best seasons of a TV series I’ve ever watched. Season 3 doesn’t hit that level consistently, but it still had its damn-good moments.

Thank you for using the glare to obscure the hot pink pilot! 😅

They’re the same ones that did the Boba and Mando couples therapy session (I posted it before in one of those other SW threads):- 1438 replies

These 23 percent'ers are slowly making me a fan. As much as I love the scene, this is pretty accurate:- 1438 replies

Amazon Japan’s got her up for preorder too (slightly higher than amiami): https://www.amazon.co.jp/4571335882778/dp/B0C5D7ZBZT/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=3TL2NPZRPQERE&keywords=riobot&qid=1685115049&sprefix=riobot%2Caps%2C141&sr=8-1 And the Yen to USD exchange rate is still bonkers low.

So, what are the chances we see a colored prototype of the Tread by this August or September? I know I said it for a RED Tread, but it looks like this over/under line was set pretty well for a Tread’s release date 😅:

Totally understand: it takes time to snap a lot of quality photos and write up a thorough review. And then you add in how we tend to have less time for these kinds of things as we get older, and yeah, I get it. Though, your reviews are a great thing to reference back to!

Been awhile since I did one of these, but here’s another scene where the music enhances the scene: Mikey becomes all grows up:

How he pulls off the comedy while still being spot-on with the music and the impressions is low-key brilliant:

The dark suits and horns was more swing than ska (think Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and the Brian Setzer Orchestra). But Save Ferris definitely had a solid brass group. Save Ferris was more akin to No Doubt. They even started to lean more into rock-pop around the same time or right after No Doubt released Rock Steady. From what I read, internal stuff broke up the band.
