I really havenāt had issues with the rubber tipped ones. I only got one of the clear tips on one of my custom birds (and the part was spray painted), but Iām too lazy to check it. The other clear tip is on a chunky monkey wing, but it shows no signs of peeling plastic or leaving a mark. So, š¤·š½āāļø

Whoopsie! Looks like I was wrong with my numbers. I have: *6 of the OG Flexiās/Fightposes, * 1 new hollow base version, and * TWO screw holes that got stripped: The bigger screw didnāt cause too much damage to one hole. But the other one wound up cracking a circular hole in the base. BUT theyāre both holding. š¬

The FlightPose stands are a little tricky to work. Tighten one screw too much, and the prong near that will be solid, but the other two prongs might become too loose. Iāve found that pushing down on the middle circle then tightening all three screws is the best way to go. Iāve got four stands now and thankfully only stripped out one screw hole. So, all that to basically say that, yeah, the only cracks Iāve developed are in the base, due to me using a wider screw to hold things in place in a stripped hole. š . . . And yeah, not a fan of the newer bases. A little too hollow and light for my personal tastes. The old ones were a solid chunk of acrylic.

They were always going to take a different spin from the video games. Dracula and Lisa deserve a peaceful ending. And we already had the āidiots trying to resurrect Draculaā plot from Season 4. No need to rehash it here. I actually donāt mind that theyāre cribbing a little from Egyptian mythology and Vodoo mythology. I know the show didnāt follow Hector and Isaacās story exactly from the video game. But the characters actually turned out better because of it. Theyāve set up some interesting characters this first season, so letās see where the story takes us.

Sentinelās versions can stand just fine on their own. Though, the stand can allow for dynamic mid-air poses.

Would it still count if itās the old Yamato 1/60 version? š¬ I should break out the pens and panel-line the old girl, but just donāt have any display space for her.

I wouldnāt be surprised EDIT: And until proven otherwise, Iām head-canoning that Bridger-Wren was consummate between Episodes 6 and 7.

Thanks! It is frustrating that itās been almost 40 years. And no toy manufacturer has tried to make an updated, large scale, perfect transformation version of the TV Macross.

Just got through Episode 6. They definitely did their work making these characters interesting and multi-layered. Even the ābad guysā arenāt completely a-holes.

Just finished the first ep. Looks promising enough. Definitely want to know all the backstory for all the various characters, including the one that died (And I aināt talking about musket dude).

Always curious if itās primarily due to where I stored and/or displayed it? Or if itās just due to the underlying plastic (aka not a damn thing you couldāve done to prevent it). I know itās my own damn fault with the TV 1A Max. But I got those M&M 1Jās between 2005 and 2008 (so 15+ years), didnāt abuse āem too badly, and they didnāt seriously yellow until recently. Oh well. No biggie.

Surprisingly, that TV 1A actually ātealedā first, while the white bits stayed normal. The white parts just started to yellow within the past 6 months. Same with the shoulders of the 1Jās. Whatās crazy is that the Roy and GBP-1S 1J just one level above show no obvious signs of yellowing. š¤·š½āāļø
