  1. I’m sure I could break out a ton of inappropriate jokes about Psylocke’s pose. But the uber-nerd in me is asking, “Why the hell is Apocalypse helping the Sentinels?”
  2. All the Spectres (excluding Spectre 7 ) next to their ride : Nice to see a promo shot of the whole Ghost crew!
  3. GX-88 is smaller than the old Matchbox beast, but surprisingly heavy for its size. Love how well the butterfly shoulder joint works, as it allows for some good two-handed sword poses with a proper gap between the two hands. All the joints hold surprisingly well. And it's amazing how much this set has to do and still does fairly well. An absolute beaut' when it comes to engineering and its design.
  4. ^^So, which miniature version of Vehicle Voltie/Dairugger XV is this? And what's your impressions of it?
  5. My kiddos read the books, and they weren’t complaining while watching it. Now the movie version? They were complaining within the first five minutes.😅
  6. The Pacific was just brutal meat for the gristle. I could understand why it took some of those guys a long while to get back to some semblance of normalcy. I don't envy the conditions they had to endure. Masters of the Air, while not as brutal, still made you realize that these guys still went through a different kind of hell (especially before the P-51's could escort them the whole sortie).
  7. ^^Pretty much this. Kinda revealing your hand if it's a hundred years before the PT, but ALLEGEDLY no Sith for over 1000 years. So what? This Acolyte winds up killing a bunch of Jedi and gets away with it. With no one else the wiser about it? Or bad Sith person who "breaks good"? So, can "technically" say that the Acolyte is NOT a Sith . . . from a certain point of view. As always, let's see how the story pans out.
  8. Mommy-Daughter Mando’s:
  9. Yeah, pretty much the 3.75 inch/25th anniversary figures. Pretty sure half of them have some sort of custom touch or numerous custom touches.
  10. Thanks to Masters of the Air and since it’s highly unlikely that I’ll bring down the Skystriker and X-19 anytime soon, I figured I’d take out the two flyboys and add them to the display:
  11. Still my favorite theme from CT:
  12. More like the old guard are looking all serious and cool, and the future Countess Wren walks in acting the fool. Causing the elder Countess Wren to face-palm in the back.
  13. Ursa: Ugh, the future of Clan Wren is doomed. 🤦🏻‍♂️ 🤪
  14. Not sure if I already mentioned it, but Ted Lasso and Mythic Quest are amusing little diversions you should check out on Apple+. Season 2 of Lasso in particular was an absolute stand-out.
  15. Kinda ended the way you would expect. Though the beginning scenes with Rosie were just mean. One other thing: with that ending montage, you realize that these folks have been dying out. Band of Brothers was lucky enough to get all those interviews in when they did.
  16. Without the armor, those figures CAN pull off the superhero pose.
  17. Pigtailed, chibi-fied Mospeada mecha chick! Just need her to do the double peace sign.
  18. The helmet opens up from what we’ve seen. But no alternate head. Wonder if they’ll have all the alternate hands too.
  19. Well, Gate’s figure itself doesn’t look like it’s missing an eye. Changing gears, hopefully, we see something more about the Tread. I already got the Hou-Rey combo in bike mode. Now I need that combo in the Legi-Tread variety.
  20. They made a manga with new characters. @sjoebarry reposted a pic of the four characters a page back:
  21. I think we may have had a CAD prototype of that GBP-1S looking one. And nothing confirmed, but we all suspect they’ll want to produce the rest of the Breakers team. Also, I believe Sentinel is re-releasing all of the four main characters’ Ride Armors again (i.e., Stick/Stig, Rey, Yellow, and Houquet).
  22. If it's similar to the other Ride Armors, key issues are as follows: Be mindful of separating the crotch armor from the rest of the bike. Try going from the bottom (instead of the top) to separate it from the bike. There's a way to make the opening wider for the head slip through for armor mode. Just gotta adjust the all the moving pieces around that opening. Some parts can pop off because they're on ball joints. But they're pretty easy to pop back into place (just a mild annoyance). Be aware that people have had problems/issues with the parts that go around the torso, under the armpits. There's two joints on those parts that, if they were mis-assembled or have excess flashing, could cause you problems. Remember to stretch the legs for armor mode.
  23. Why couldn’t we have gotten Houquet in this shade of red?
  24. I seem to be culling too, but from the front end. Meaning I’m hesitant to pull the trigger on purchasing anything new. There’s a couple of opportunities out there: one a personal semi-holy grail and another action figure where the price finally dropped. But I’m finding reasons to not purchase ‘em (along with the dwindling space factor).
  25. Eh, I didn’t get that from @TangledThorns original post. But when stuff is “blocking most of a hallway in a house that was neglected in maintenance too,” that’s a bit concerning. To each their own. But it is kinda bonkers the amount of stuff that accumulates over the years of just living, especially once kids come into the picture.
