Pigtailed, chibi-fied Mospeada mecha chick! Just need her to do the double peace sign.

The helmet opens up from what we’ve seen. But no alternate head. Wonder if they’ll have all the alternate hands too.

Well, Gate’s figure itself doesn’t look like it’s missing an eye. Changing gears, hopefully, we see something more about the Tread. I already got the Hou-Rey combo in bike mode. Now I need that combo in the Legi-Tread variety.

They made a manga with new characters. @sjoebarry reposted a pic of the four characters a page back:

I think we may have had a CAD prototype of that GBP-1S looking one. And nothing confirmed, but we all suspect they’ll want to produce the rest of the Breakers team. Also, I believe Sentinel is re-releasing all of the four main characters’ Ride Armors again (i.e., Stick/Stig, Rey, Yellow, and Houquet).

If it's similar to the other Ride Armors, key issues are as follows: Be mindful of separating the crotch armor from the rest of the bike. Try going from the bottom (instead of the top) to separate it from the bike. There's a way to make the opening wider for the head slip through for armor mode. Just gotta adjust the all the moving pieces around that opening. Some parts can pop off because they're on ball joints. But they're pretty easy to pop back into place (just a mild annoyance). Be aware that people have had problems/issues with the parts that go around the torso, under the armpits. There's two joints on those parts that, if they were mis-assembled or have excess flashing, could cause you problems. Remember to stretch the legs for armor mode.

Why couldn’t we have gotten Houquet in this shade of red?

I seem to be culling too, but from the front end. Meaning I’m hesitant to pull the trigger on purchasing anything new. There’s a couple of opportunities out there: one a personal semi-holy grail and another action figure where the price finally dropped. But I’m finding reasons to not purchase ‘em (along with the dwindling space factor). -
Eh, I didn’t get that from @TangledThorns original post. But when stuff is “blocking most of a hallway in a house that was neglected in maintenance too,” that’s a bit concerning. To each their own. But it is kinda bonkers the amount of stuff that accumulates over the years of just living, especially once kids come into the picture.

I don’t know: seems like the Tread would gather more interest than the Genesis Breaker designs. The two female armor designs are fine. But the male ones are a bit much. Plus, the Tread could lead to additional sales of the Legioss. Load up the accessories/weapons and that would be another incentive.

Two, okay three comments: 1). I remember reading or hearing somewhere that train collectors are having a hard time selling off their collections. Mostly due to the younger generation not being into it. Already seeing a similar issue with toys in that the new “collector” stores popping up around me are more Pokémon or Yu-Gi-Oh card game stores. 2). It’s amazing the amount of stuff (not necessarily toys) one accumulates over the course of life. We went through the experience of clearing out my parents’ house after their passing. The amount of tools, knick-knacks, photo albums, and papers there (with some of it originating from/belonging to us kids) was bonkers. And it’s not like the house was filled to the brim; just stuff and lots of storage space to clear out. An estate sale thankfully cleared everything out for us. As we age, it is a good idea to donate and purge stuff out. 3). When the time comes, I’d like to take some of my prized collectibles with me to the old folks home. But yeah, no way in hell would I be able to take even the half of my display stuff.

Fast Draw was one of my fave’s too. One thing I really enjoyed about the 25th line was that all the figures were designed to make customizing relatively easy.

The VF-1 and its inspiration: Should have got some better tools before going full-bore on building the Tomcat. But live and learn.

Kinda bummed we only got one more ep of Masters of the Air left. Also bummed we didn’t get to see more of D-Day. We’ve seen the 100th get knocked around. And would be nice to see them getting some all-out wins.

I've only really purchased multiples when I'm troop building or getting extras for custom work/parts. Heck, there's a number of single figures/items I still have up in the attic or sitting in a closet that I just don't have room to display anymore. And you're right: unless you're dealing with the YF-21 😜 or a TV SDF-1, someone will usually make a better version of the toy you got sometime in the future. -
Well, if Riley was a boy, that emotion would have taken over the whole room.

So, while waiting for eps of Masters of the Air, been finally watching The Pacific. Pretty brutal stuff. Guess the main point of these two series is that war is hell.

Welp, this sucks: https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/the-brothers-sun-cancel-netflix-michelle-yeoh-1235928223/amp/ Was a fun silly show with some enjoyable action sequences. Kinda want a churro now. Not a fancy, overly flavored one or some chocolate-glazed monstrosity. Just a plain, old solid, tasty churro.

I’ve found that adding some baking soda to adhesive/crazy glue kinda helps the glue to bond better/stronger. Just messy as heck and not a clean look. Never tried it on POM though.

Was close to getting annoyed with Omega this week. Do wanna see more from the fallout of the last scene though.

So, the Bandai folks that designed the 171 and made the material choices on the CF? Are they the same people that designed Bandai’s YF-21? 🫥 Too soon?
