Season 2 finale is tonight! Wonder if they're going to go full cliffhanger tonight? Or do something to similar to what they did last season, where they resolve one storyline but start up a few new ones?

That pic reminds me of these folks: http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20060824033808/starwars/images/e/e5/Sithtroopermodel.jpg If only Hasbro had released a troop builder set of them Sith Troopers.

Avengers: Age of Ultron, in theaters May 1, 2015

I'm so glad I don't have to wait until midnight to watch opening night films anymore! It makes me happy that the nearby theater generally has earlier showings (7pm and onwards) the day before the "official" premiere date. Just got back from a 10:30pm showing. It's alright and enjoyable, but the film does suffer from a bit of "sequel-itis" (bigger set pieces, more action, etc., etc.). You definitely get those team money-shots, but I kinda wish they had held back on revealing too many things beforehand, either in the trailers or from all the news leaks. Lastly, as confirmed in reports, there's only one mid-credit scene/stinger. I can confirm (from personal experience) that no additional scene was tacked on at the very end of the credits.- 398 replies

Speaking of gold, I didn't realize THAT'S NOT HER NAME!! used a Sonic the Hedgehog reference to insult Raina. ("I thought her gift was spinning really fast to collect gold rings.")

^^I'm a fan of long hair. But dang, Chloe, those are some over-long locks you're sporting there! Also, I'm surprised none of you horn-dogs mentioned anything when Chloe was rocking a negligee a few weeks back on AoS. But getting back to the episode, that was one hell of nice shoot-out scene they pulled off. Lastly RIP,

Improvements? I'd like a 1/3000 scale TV-STYLE SDF-1 to display next to them!

I really hope they don't go the Racer X angle with Tadashi. Or the villian angle. Or the amnesia angle. It'll preserve the original story if he

Really wish it had been the Avengers (or Stark) that those two were working for. And if Coulson sees the Admiral gripping a flashlight, Phil better get the frak out of there.

^^No wonder Worf became such a surly bastard! Either that, or the Enterprise replicators couldn't make a good cup of raktajino. Poor guy was still getting punked, even in the movies:

Actually, I have to point out that the custom is NOT a 22. Not with those FAST packs, that battroid head, and those external gunpods. And add me to the folks that never had an issue making the YF-21 stand.

I'm sure I've said this before, but I truly wish they didn't make Krell straight-up EEEVIL!!!!!!11!!! I'd rather have the guy disturbed by unyielding visions of Order 66. Make THAT cause him to treat the clones the way he does and make him believe that he's SAVING the Jedi in the long-term (by cutting down the number of clones they'd eventually have to face).

If we're talking just Macross, we already have a thread for that: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=35835&hl=. Expanding the question to my whole collections, it's still these two custom bastards (because of the extra effort and detail put into them): . . . . But I'd be lying if I didn't say this big burly back-up "booster" wasn't up there too: Just realize that the blue Beta and blue Alpha are the only two mechas that I actually doubled up on. I had to display one set in combined fighter mode and another set in their separate battloid modes.

Never really cared much for the Inquisitor's spinning lightsaber feature. Personally, I think Ezra's hybrid blaster/saber is a much more practical feature. For my money though, I love the design of Pong Krell's dual-bladed sabers (https://www.google.com/search?q=pong+krell+lightsaber&rlz=1I7GGLL_en&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=RCIBVdi8CIiNNoCEg4gN&ved=0CB4QsAQ&biw=1280&bih=695). Makes sense for a four-armed alien to sport that many sabers. And it folds in half for compact and convenient storage too.

It wasn't too shabby of a season finale. Now, could someone please tell me what the @#%^ happened to Captain Rex?!! Lastly, "Well, we know he's not gonna use it."

Out of my limited collection? I was gonna say either the 1/60 VF-1A Max Version 1 (the non-perfect transforming die-cast legs and meh Gerwalk mode), the Millia Q-Rau (need a flexi stand to make the piece truly "pop" on display), or the YF-19 (too many mods needed to fix/correct the original release). . . . . Then I remembered that I own a bunch of Toynami Masterpiece valks.

Hate to admit it, but I was a little underwhelmed by the season finale. The episode had its moments. But a few things just didn't click as well as they should have. For starters, the Soviet hypnotist guy became a one-trick pony. When he pulled the same damn crap on Stark, that was like the 5th or 6th time we saw the exact same technique used in this very short, 8-episode run. Yeah, it makes sense from a story standpoint. But it was definitely a letdown, especially after The other issue I had was that they just talked about the Battle of Finow and just mentioned the reason why those early season assassins all lost their voiceboxes. It probably would have served the story a whole hell of a lot better if they just showed the "battle" itself as a flashback. Either show the actual carnage or show the after-effects/end results. During the whole flashback bit, you could show one of those assassins suffocating and needing the emergency tracheotomy. Looking at the series overall, it does show a lot of promise and potential. Really, the way they scheduled Agents of SHIELD and Agent Carter to air during each other's breaks definitely works to each show's advantage. And I wouldn't mind seeing ABC/Disney do a similar thing next season as well.

I've been kinda neutral towards the series overall (it has its pluses and woeful minuses). But last week's episode was pretty damn fun and energetic. The whole Red Hood storyline was a fun romp and not some dreary/depressing investigation. The Penguin and Butch bits showed some promise and interesting backstory. Even though the rough-hewn British and hard Scottish Brogue accents were a little hard to follow at times, the Alfred storyline was good enough to move the plot logically along. And Fish showed some massive, MASSIVE stones in that office/lab. The only thing that dragged the episode down was that whole "Let's just slap these characters together since they all have nothing better to do" feel of the Barbara, Cat, and Ivy scene. But at least, we got a nice burn line out of it.
