. . . So, you have a lot of them, but do you LIKE them?

I'd guess the death of the ALPS printers had something to do with that. I was scavenging like crazy to find/make stickers for my last custom back in 2008. Can't imagine the situation has improved in the ensuing years. The 1/48's have their flaws (the arms that hang too low in fighter mode, the nuke missiles that would fall if you sneezed at them wrong, no TV-style Roy ). But they are solid display pieces that have an "oomph" about them. I know the 1/60 v2's have more poseability and are in scale with the other Macross series birds. But I just never had the desire to ever pick one up. <shrugs>

Well played, Agents of SHIELD. It doesn't look like it's gonna be tied to Civil War, but they absolutely kicked up my excitement for the remaining episodes of this season. Gonna be another crazy ride to the season finale. I'm curious though, These are important questions that need to be addressed!

Considering how much Tom Hardy has bulked up over the years, I just can't picture him as a young Picard anymore. How about James McAvoy instead? It's too bad the series went off the air so long ago, but I wouldn't mind one of these anthology seasons being a follow-up to DS9. A number of books came out that gave an interesting skeleton/treatment of a potential Season 8. Introduced some new characters, put some old ones in new roles, and had the Defiant exploring the Gamma Quadrant. Could be a season's worth of story fodder there.

True, it was Tarkin's move. But it wasn't like Vader disagreed with the move. Besides, it's a great tactic by Papa V.! He gets rid of the bad influences, filling his daughter's head with such silly drivel as Republics, democracy, and such. And he has plausible deniability. He can just tell Leia: "Hey! It wasn't my idea to blow up Alderaan. That was all Tarkin. Maybe if you had told the truth earlier . . ."

Vader was a great parent! He's an absolute paragon of "tough love" parenting. He put his daughter on lockdown, when she started getting too rebellious; He wasn't afraid to call her on her BS ("You are part of the Rebel Alliance and a traitor!"); He taught her the consequence of lying, when she told that "little" lie about the Rebel base on Dantooine; When things got serious between her and that scruffy-looking nerfherder, Vader properly vetted the dude and made sure his intentions were honorable; When his son started to act like he knew it all and thought he had some Jedi skills, Papa Vader knocked him down a few pegs; When his son came of age, Vader tried to counsel him with some smart career options, in light of the current political and social climate; and When he saw someone else harshly punishing his son, he stood up for his son and put that person in their place. Because disciplining his kids is Papa Vader's responsibility and no one else's!

Ironic, since you seem to be the strongest supporter for all the extra, not-shown-in-the-movie stuff floating around for The Force Awakens. I originally hated the idea of bringing back Maul, but the arcs they did with him in the Clone Wars, Season 5 were so good that it overcame my initial dislike.

^^Rex: Even this blasted Scout Trooper armor is GARBAGE! In case, someone hasn't seen the "Stealth Strike" episode yet:

There's nothing quite like the sweet, sweet sound of Clancy Brown voicing a bad guy. Still sucks that this was the season finale we got though. I really hope they do another 1 hour special to wrap up the season like last time.

I enjoyed Lance's snide comment about "Shake & Bake" this week. Going back to this past season of Agent Carter, the story was alright, but it just seemed to be missing some "oomph" and tended to drag in spots. Doesn't help when that pace is compared to the one Agents of SHIELD has been on this past season and a half. SHIELD burns through its stories at a fast pace and really doesn't try to drag out its big reveals for too long (which I really appreciate). Been really spoiled because of that.

Many years ago, before I had kids, I somehow pulled off this custom: Sorry, GabrielV: it's the correct color scheme, but just on the wrong bird. I forgot who did it, but someone on this board took the 25th Anniversary YF-19 and painted the gold script text over in black. The end results weren't too shabby.

Considering all the bullets he's lobbing at the bad guys, it makes sense for him to wear something to protect him from any potential return fire. Wonder if Potter made the body armor for Castle too.

Please tell me that's not the final paint apps on Revan, because that chest and gauntlet color is all sorts of wrong.

I would have been more impressed, sh9000, if all those cannon-fodder soldiers spelled out a certain name.

At least, there were extra bits or lines of dialogue that they held back from the trailers I understand where you're coming from, but thank goodness they didn't completely blow their wads in the trailers. Besides, the scenes and bits that weren't in the trailers seemed to get the biggest laughs from the theater I watched it in.

"McAvoy or Stewart?" Had a slight delay in getting that one in the theater. It was a fun, foul-mouthed romp with tons of fourth wall breaking. From the intro all the way to the silly end credits, for better or worse, there was pretty much everything you'd expect from a Deadpool movie. And screw I want more adventures of Wade and Lastly,
