NY has already shipped out my order. They're unusually fast this time but I ain't complaining.

I'm getting sick of NY. No replies to my emails whatsoever in the past 6 months and they always ship my items almost a week after release. If only there were alternatives that offer the same prices...

I just got an email from NY asking me to pay for the Isamu before the 25th this month. Isn't that kinda early?

Same here. I'm getting tired of dealing with them but they have the cheapest web exclusives around. I hope my item doesn't end up in the wrong country again.

I'm not gonna bother paying them till the last minute. Still kinda upset that my parcel was sent out late, ended up in the wrong country and not a single reply to my emails.

I did get the item but it turned out to be the postal service's mistake. I didn't get any replies to my emails though. Not even one. Ridiculous customer service.

Looking good but you might need to redo the materials. They're too reflective and clean. Another thing is the scale. The valk looks too small and it's a VF-25, not a VF-1 which would still be a little bigger. Last thing, the strong lighting from the right side doesn't seem to be strong enough on the valk which might be related to the materials.

Nah they definitely did screw it up. The item departed from Indonesian customs yesterday so I'm guessing it's being sent back to Japan. If the item ever gets to me, it'll probably be next week. It would've been faster to use SAL too and the fact that they are not replying to my emails is just pissing me off. I guess I shouldn't even expect an apology.

Mine are in Indonesia, but I'm not in Indonesia. Looks like someone screwed up big time and NY isn't replying as usual.

They sent mine out last night but I'm guessing it has something to do with the email I sent to them on Wednesday. I'm guessing they ship out individual units or smaller orders first vs bulk.

It's Thursday and no word from NY regarding my items. Sent them an e-mail and they haven't replied either. I'm starting to think buying in bulk from NY is a bad idea.

Better customer service, slightly cheaper shipping rates, a small pre-order discount and most important of all, the private warehouse option.

To be honest, I find it unacceptable that a company that mainly caters to international customers can take a longer holiday compared to online retailers that service the domestic market (Amiami, HS). I don't see the numerous bank and IT call centres closing down for major festivals here since their primary clientele are not from the country. They could've at least arranged shifts to ensure all paid-for items are shipped out before they go for a holiday. /end of rant. I'm just pissed off coz it's gonna take more than a week to get my hands on a VF-27.

Obon holidays aren't till Wednesday though. Kinda odd since none of the other retailers are facing the same problem.

I wonder if it's gonna end up like the RVF-25. Doesn't seem to be selling as well as the VF-25F.

That's not as bad as my currency. It's gonna cost me 15 dollars more compared to a few weeks ago, and it looks like it's gonna keep falling.

I have nothing against sales but I was hoping I could get the VF-27 early since the sales are usually held at the end of the month. How wrong I was. Amiami and HS both have 3 weekdays off next week but I don't know if HLJ will be closed as well. Here's to another round of waiting!

I can't believe HLJ is having another sale right now. Do they intentionally time it to coincide with the Bandai releases? Here I was thinking we could all avoid the 1-week wait we had to endure for the VF-25F.

He probably bought it during the first preorder. HLJ didn't set a limit that time.

I just found out that my VF-25F shipment was thrown over the gate and into my compound earlier today by the a-hole delivery guy. I hope it doesn't end up like yours.
