I don't know if they're fulfilling any more pre-orders. I placed one yesterday and they haven't sent any payment requests. HLJ sends out requests like clock work so I'm skeptical.

The regular link closed some time ago so I don't know if the https://secure link is legit. Edit: It's discontinued now.

Can I assume everyone's gotten their payment request from HLJ, even the late orders? Could HLJ really have delivered this time?

Something tells me it's gonna be easier to get one compared to a VF-25S or a YF-30.

At 26k for the toy alone? Definitely not worth getting. I'm guessing we'll know tomorrow if the item is actually popular or if Bandai produced a lot or if it's gonna end up like the VF-27. Tomorrow is when HLJ sends out payment requests.

Or maybe it's because they're hoping HLJ will deliver. HLJ has burned me multiple times in the past. HS, zero.

It's priced similarly for me. 23k for the plane and 3k for the shipping. It's been up for a good 10 minutes now so I don't know if the product isn't as popular or if everyone's sleeping.

I had the same experience with them. Any messages regarding cancellation or refunds gets totally ignored by them but my last email about my address was replied. They're selective, just like those bastards at NY.

AE has started sending notification emails. The items are apparently already in stock.

I'm starting to regret not keeping any... I had to make way for the VF-19 and the prices have spiked a little. Oh well.

I got a reply. They want me to open a claim with my local post office before they will process it on their side. I have no idea how I'm gonna do that since the item is already with me and I don't know the process. Guess I'll have to make a few phone calls tomorrow but it's a hassle considering the actual toy is intact. HLJ on the other hand, have offered me a 10% discount voucher in the past without even going through that hassle. All they needed was a photo but that item was quite badly dented.

It's an enterprising group order which NY recently foiled when they realized they were losing out on shipping profit. I'm probably stuck with the worst box. Unfortunately, I don't get to choose the best. I sent them a ticket as well but I'm not hoping for much, especially when the contents are intact.

Mine arrived today, and NY has terrible packaging when it comes to large shipments. 3 of them had visible dents and another 3 were crumpled at the sides. Only one of them is mine though.

Try emptying your browser cache and check if the item is still in stock. Either that or go incognito/private browser mode.
