i agree, i think the only "versus" threads be allowed are the ones that appear in the "Movies and TV series" forum and the Toys forum and the Models forum. that way we only see "this valk" vs "this valk" backed up by the same physics since it's Macross.

I remember watching DYRL when Misa and Hikaru was stuck on Earth (post acoplyptic bombardment) he mentioned to misa that the Radiation had finally dropped so the fish were actually safe to eat. this strikes me as the fact that maybe someone had a nuke accident on earth and the bombardment took care of all of the radiation that it might've produced.

the A-6? ugly? NO WAY! it's one of the best lookin attack aircraft in the world.

and remember people, without this basic equation that Col. John Boyd developed, we wouldnt have a GOOD F-15 and F-16 (sorry, i happen to be reading his autobiography right now)

ok, here goes. *the Army got the Destroids, that's it, they got nothing else but destroids. *the Marines got both Valks and Destroids, *and finally the Navy and AF got Valks. *the Space Air Force's Jurisdiction is the Satellite orbit around the colonies/planets that UN/Earth "controls" *The marines are used for making beachheads/LV's for the incoming UN forces.

u know, the F/A-22 was originally supposed to be a F-15 "upgrade"/redesign, but it didnt really fly with congress. My thinking is the F-18E/F is a "upgrade"/redesign that might as well be a totally different aircraft compared to the previous variants, so why did it get the congress OK, when the F-15F/ F/A-22 didnt at first?

F-22 was supposed to be the Lightning II (that's where the VF-4 Lightning III came from) but they changed the F-22's name to the Rapier then finally to the Raptor. it was after this they changed it's designation from F-22 to F/A-22.

(crosses fingers that there's a VF-4 in that game....)

i wish Doyusha would make the whole VF series, then i could collect the F-4, the F-14, (i think they make the F-4 and F-14, i not sure) the F-15, then the valks. does Doyusha have a website?
