    I don't see how it could be "deleted" without changing several other parts. If that flap isn't there, you're left with a big open space behind the cockpit in fighter mode. I could see how they could have made it removable in battloid mode to make it look better, but then kanzen henkei goes out the window. The legacy of more "anime magic."

    Tommy's discussed the Shadow Chronicles budget before, I believe it was in the neighborhood of $5 million. No idea how much those original rights were purchased for from Tatsunoko, but back in those days the exchange rate was around 250 yen to the dollar. It probably wasn't much.

    I believe the there are around 20 people at HG. The animation for Shadow Chronicles was done by a company in Korea.

    Yes. A full season for an anime series would have been around 52 episodes (one per week), and Southern Cross only had 23.

    I asked George Sohn about the Alphas and he says there are no current plans to make more Alphas but he'd consider it if demand for them continued. So let Toynami know there's demand for Alphas if you want them.

    Jenius, the statement from Toynami was, "Each volume is limited to a production run of 15,000." You could take that statement to mean that they were making 15,000 of each one, but my interpretation is that they wouldn't make more than 15,000 of each one. It would be pretty silly for Toynami to make more toys than they knew they could sell.
