  1. Guys, I think everyone should relax and wait until Arcadia shows something more... -b.
  2. Nice choice, but not so fast my friend; -b.
  3. ^^Now there's a thread, Hottest Bad Girl of All Time. LOL -b.
  4. Paladin Parts/Pack would be interesting to see implemented. It'd also really add to the uniqueness of the YF-25 and I'd certainly buy a couple of sets. -b.
  5. Yeah, Bandai will have to be very careful how they design the 19. Especially to account for the added weight of Fast Packs so that the Valk doesn't turn into a ridiculously loose mess (Alto YF-29 I'm looking at you). -b.
  6. ^not touching that one with a 10 foot pole -b.
  7. Nope. Still no news about the VF-19. Maybe you guys can start a Scale Accuracy Thread and a DX Chogokin VF-1 Because We Have Nothing Else to Talk About Thread and stop bumping this one up when there's nothing to say about the DX Chogokin VF-19. -b.
  8. Ha ha, nope, it wasn't his accent or anything like that. -b.
  9. LOL! Credits are rolling right now...and I can honestly say that supreme boredom made me do it. I've watched movies a 2nd or even 3rd time because I wanted to like them. Hoping that the subsequent viewings will make me see something in them I didn't realize the 1st time around. That's very much the case with World War Z. Also - apparently a glutton for punishment. -b.
  10. ^Sure, I suppose. In your example I imagine those folks have their hair messy and all over the place versus in an actual style (Mullet). -b.
  11. Calling it now, Ultron. -b.
  12. Watching World War Z on Netflix as I type this... -b.
  13. Gotcha - thank you. So Format + Limited Release = Always a good reason to charge more. No sarcasm intended, that's just the nature of business - especially "collectibles". @ David, comic book stores that sell more than comics FTW. There are a few in my area and I love just popping in to see what they have available. -b.
  14. Agreed. And as mentioned, a DX Chogokin VF-1 would have to be amazing to induce me to re-re-re-collect the same model and simply box up all of the Yamato VF-1's in my collection (and all (3) of the Arcadia VF-1's they released remain in their boxes). And with that, who cares about a VF-1 in a VF-19 thread? Seriously. -b.
  15. ^Exactly. It all depends on the production numbers for this first reissue of the Renewal 25S. -b.
  16. For sure, the Battroid mode pictures have already shown a significantly leaner silhouette. I'm in the camp of those hoping for a lean Fighter mode too. -b.
  17. LOL - that soundtrack was full of awesome 80's goodness Why is it so expensive? I'm not an audiophile so I'm wondering if that's a normal price for a format only supported by enthusiasts. -b.
  18. Sounds like you had expectations for one type of film (one with feet planted firmly in "real" science) versus a good mix of science and (high) fiction. The "meh" rating but still better than 90% of what else you've seen just speaks volumes to how good this movie actually is. I'm inclined to give people more credit and I think they can/did follow the movie throughout. I'll just repeat what my initial impression was it that it very predictable and suffered from some pacing issues, but it wasn't hard to follow (which plays into the movie being predictable). I do agree that this isn't Nolan's best, IMHO that distinction remains with Inception but this was still very good - relative to Nolan's other works and the rest of what makes it to theaters. -b. & TARS
  19. Goodness, makes me want to hold onto the YF-30 I've got listed for sale! -b.
  20. IIRC a few pages back, someone else asked and the answer was same Ghosts, different color. -b.
  21. classic And it's painfully obvious the lack of any actual Bandai DX Chogokin VF-19 news is detrimental to the state of mind of collectors everywhere. -b.
